It was definitely a 5! I was very anxious about having the MRI because of my claustrophobia. The technicians were wonderful. They explained what was happening step by step and made me comfortable by knowing what would happen. They were so gracious. I am so thankful for them!

Was able to do walk in without appt early in morning and was done in 15 minutes. The images were analized before noon the same day and both written report and images accessible to me in patient portal. Execellent seevice!

The rad techs were great! They walked us through the procedures and then checked on the CT room and kept us posted on how long it would be till we could be seen.

I forgot the X-ray tech’s name and I am so sorry. She was so good and she checked with the doctor about an order. Order was issued by a new nurse practitioner in training. New orders received. I can’t thank her enough. Out standing patient care by her.

Mike our RN was professional, personable and helped eliminate preserver fears. Surgery was painless, recovery was concierge level of pampering.

I started with the wonderful ladies at the front check in assigning me to this very charming lady checking me in and when finished, one of the wonderful ladies took me to another pleasant lady who took my CAT scan. From start to finish took only 20 minutes and I left (after the bathroom). It was a delightful experience. My congratulations to the staff.

Had 2 back to back imaging appointments and the people who worked here were awesome. Not only were they on time but got me in before my appointments. Very professional but very nice also.

I wasn’t able to turn my hand in the positions that the technician wanted. She was absolutely wonderful and helping me come up with other ways of getting her what she needed. She was absolutely awesome.

I'm sorry I don't remember the lady's name that preformed the MRI. She was very helpful to me. She made me as comfortable as possible. She let me know how far along the test was and how much longer it was going to be before it was finished. I really appreciated her helping me. Thank you!

I love everything about this hospital and especially the warmth, compassion and competence every staff member shares. From the time you walk into the hospital until the time you leave they are proactive, kind, and efficient. I recently spent a few days at a different local hospital that an ambulance insisted on taking me to and I will never return there. Castle Rock Adventist Hospital is a very special place.

Castle Rock Adventist was FANTASTIC! The volunteer at the front desk introduced herself, signed me in, & took me immediately into the admissions office for check-in & copay. Shannon was kind, polite and efficient & I was then escorted by the volunteer down a matter of feet to the CT scan area — a matter of a few yards to the waiting area. I had barely gotten my phone out of my purse when my name was called. I was met by Chloe, who was the tech to perform the scan. Again very short walk into scanning room — I was offered a wheel chair, but declined thinking I would get some exercise. However, another short walk so still had to do my daily exercises when I got home😁. Chloe immediately put me at ease, asking easy questions resulting in her ascertaining The Who, What & Why of my visit. This allowed me to let go of some of my anxiety. She then assisted me onto table, explained each step & I think I was done in 5-8 minutes. She helped me up and back out to the exit. The entire process was efficient, comfortable and impressive! Even the parking was easy! Extremely pleasurable experience! I would highly recommend Castle Rock Adventist!!! Best of all, the results were immediately processed & my doctor was calling in less than an hour to schedule a surgery for next week! AMAZING‼️

Overall the people were really nice and comfortably calming. I was in for a MRI of my back and unfortunately having to lay on my back was incredibly painful, only because there was no other way to get the imaging. The technicians were as helpful as they could be from cozy blankets and as much padding as would fit in the imaging tube as possible, but I truly don’t feel there was much they could do, short of heavy sedation and muscle relaxers to alleviate the pain. And I don’t think that would have been worth the time it would have taken for the drugs to wear off. Plus I would have needed a driver and some aftercare. Sometimes one just has to endure for a short time (30 min) for the the (hopefully) long term benefits. I will be happy to refer anyone asking to the hospital.

All the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Being a part of the Centura family your test results are returned in a timely manner to your doctor. I had an MRI the morning of 1.5.23 and had my results that afternoon.

I was very pleased with all the staff I encountered during my appointment. Very attentive, professional and super friendly. Nothing came as a surprise as they kept me in the loop the entire time. If I could, I would rate them 100. Thank you all for taking such great care of me. Skeet

Excellent care at Castle Rock radiology department. Nurse very skilled at inserting IV for contrast dye and explained the CT procedure before it started. Clean and comfortable environment and outstanding personnel from Check in to departure. Highly recommend this facility.

Had a very knowledgeable staff that helped me through the process of the testing process. Was very helpful with questions I had. She also gave me information that I needed to know. Gave me and idea of when I would get my results back. I felt very comforted. with the staff with all my questions. Thank you so much for all your help.

When she saw that I had two different procedures scheduled on different days, she approached me and asked if I would prefer to make just one trip and have them both done that day. Her concern for the welfare and convenience of her patients is exemplary! She took charge of the situation and was able to schedule both back to back.
