yesterday
and
I
will
not
completely
erase
it
as
it
is
an
actual
experience
that
I
had
the
misfortune
of
going
through.
However
I
did
edit
the
stars
because
in
the
same
way
a
negative
person
can
ruin
your
experience,
an
extremely
deticated
and
great
gentleman
can
replace
your
negative
memory
of
the
place
by
a
great
one.
I
want
to
thank
Mr
Ahmed
Said
for
going
above
and
beyond
to
make
my
mother
and
I
feel
more
comfortable.
He
is
truly
the
embodiment
of
what
pure
and
geniune
empathy
towards
others
looks
like.
A
textbook
example
of
an
excellent
customer
service
representative.
Thank

Mr
Ahmed
Said
for
being
a
great
team
player
and
turning
around
this
horrible
experience
caused
by
your
colleague
who
didn’t
even
have
the
courtesy
to
at
least
apologize.
Such
level
of
professionalism
and
care
is
extraordinary
and
the
hotel
sure
is
lucky
to
have
gathered
a
great
person
like
Mr
Ahmed
as
well
as
other
sweet
people
in
reception
and
security
who
all
behaved
impeccably
throughout
our
stay.
I
have
to
express
my
extreme
discomfort
and
disdain
over
a
situation
that
just
happened
to
me
at
this
hotel.
Basically
I
called
the
hotel
reception
and
asked
for
a
taxi
drop
off
to
the
airport
at
11
pm
on
the
same
day
of
my
checkout
and
my
question
was
simple
I
want
a
drop
off
at
11
pm
can
it
be
arranged
?
He
proceeds
with
a
full
on
interrogation
asking
me
about
my
flight
timing
,
flight
number
and
ticket
number
so
he
could
go
check
Etihad
airlines
to
confirm
if
am
lying
or
not
about
my
flight
timing?!!!
He
also
told
me
your
flight
timing
is
not
what
you
said
and
starts
questioning
my
credibility!!!
How
is
this
a
way
to
deal
with
your
customers??
Extremely
disappointing
service
and
extremely
unprofessional.
I
asked
one
question
can
it
be
done
?…But
he
goes
on
to
ask
about
my
flight
timing
and
check
it
on
google
!!!!!!!!!
I
have
never
been
more
appalled
by
customer
service
ever!
He
already
arranged
my
drop
off
but
after
making
it
extremely
hard
for
me
and
asking
a
bunch
of
irrelevant
and
unnecessary
questions.
It
is
also
illegal
to
ask
people
about
their
flight
number
in
Kuwait
according
to
police
who
I
just
called
and
he
still
did
that.
How
appaling
and
unprecedented
this
situation
is
to
me.
I
have
never
experienced
this
ever
in
any
hotel
I
have
been
to
worldwide!!!!
So
upsetting
when
the
hotel
amenities
are
nice
and
the
food
is
but
one
person
who
lacks
customer
service
skills
just
ruins
your
entire
stay.
The
call
was
carried
out
today
at
8:21
pm
from
my
room
to
reception.
Very
very
very
upsetting.
I
want
to
thank
the
sweet
lady
and
man
in
reception
from
the
Philippines
who
were
very
sweet
and
helpful
throughout
this
stay
they
were
extremely
friendly.
