One of their branches. This is quite small but it's surprises because there is an unsuspecting basement level which has a lot of seating. Parking isn't great. Seats about 25 people comfortably. Quality and service is typical % Arabica fare.

Very quiet and cozy place. Apart from the coffee that I always enjoyed, they have a very nice seating area at the basement level of the coffee shop. Nice to sit and relax even if you decide to visit alone. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. It’s a bit hot at the entrance of the shop where the staff spend most of their time, especially since the door keeps opening and closing at all times. So kudos to them in this hot weather.

Pretty good place to have a cup and chat with friends. Outdoor seating available. Limited selection of beverages but what we had were good. Fast and quick service. Good ambience, neat and well maintained. They will take your orders from your car if it aint very busy inside.

Horrible place. This is my second time buying for this business. The first time it was fine, the people working there cannot understand or communicate in English. I just went there for the second time to buy beans and I asked for the menu and the worker told the menu is downstairs. I thought there are people who will help me downstairs but I was alone. Turns out she sent me downstairs to the basement to grab her the menu which is very rude and unacceptable. Never coming back here again. If you think you’re more important than your customers, you don’t deserve to be in business.

They have a high recommend cold brew coffee ☕️ and an excellent Spanish latte!

This is probably a biased review as I do enjoy Arabica's lattes more than any other place in Kuwait. The coffee was as good as any other branch. The outdoor seating is pleasent, but the indoor bar seating is very uncomfortable for more than 5 minutes. There is a basement seating area that's spacious, but beware of the steps as the seating area is on multiple levels.

My experience has been changed thanks to the baristas Liza and Estabraq! They are super friendly, and made sure we enjoyed our experience at this branch considering my last visit back in March wasn’t good but now it is my must-stop Arabica spot because the food pantry is always stocked fresh and beverages are done to my liking especially the Matcha latte!

Not a traditional coffee taste like in Italy or Turkey, but Soooooo much better than famous coffee chain from US or UK that serve fastfood level drinks. At % Arabica, you dont pay for the water taste, and you can enjoy real coffee flavours. To visit again and again

Came here because I was at the American University and this location was walking distance. Super friendly staff here, they should be rewarded for working on a holiday like Eid.

As a coffee lover this is one of best. I only did not like the vibe of this branch. Also made twice complaints on the seating bar in ground floor as ot is occupied by branch stuff and used as storage area. In addition same area water drops from AC since long especially when humid.

That kind of coffee deserves a better place, staff is great, only bad thing there is no place to enjoy such coffee and the wind stream outside usually whooshes up the cool shapes they do on top.

Some of the best coffee is town. I suggest the Dark latte. Ethiopian coffee. One of my choice locations for coffee.

I usually visit it late at night. They have friendly staff. Great coffee like Spanish Latte. The place lacks parking lot but one can order from his car. I recommend this place.
