One of the few hotel restaurants that opens at 12pm which is great when your kids eat breakfast at 6am! There's a varied menu. I wouldn't call it Mexican though, it seems more American. There's a kids menu and there are vegetarian and one or two vegan dishes. My son enjoyed the T bone but felt the meat was tough and there was a lot of fat. He said he'd rather not come back. We ordered a plain no cheese burger as the other kid has a milk protein allergy. The burger came with remnants of cheese that had been scraped off and some still on the plate, which I felt was disappointing. There were very few available drinks on the drinks menu, (everything we ordered was unavailable) which was disappointing. The stuffed mushrooms was nice and a big enough portion to be a main menu. The food arrived within 25 minutes or ordering. The staff were pleasant. The restaurant is quiet and clean.

This is a very specialised restaurant serving quality steaks. If you want one of the best steak in town, this is the place to try. I tried their classic rib eye steak (medium). It was a perfect combination of fats and lean meat. The steak was juicy and delicious with the accompanying blue cheese sauce. The dish comes with 2 sides. I went with buttered seasonal vegetables and corn. Highly recommended.

Visited this restaurant today, I'm giving 3 stars only for the Food. Food was well cooked and tasty. We used dinner coupon so we were served Set Menu which was nice in taste. The drinks were average. However the service is pathetic as if some joke. There was no one at the Door to welcome or to provide us with table. When we sat our table was not set, no plates , no napkins, tissue paper, nothing at all. We had to ask for it after which it was given. When we were served I asked for a side plate and I was given the main plate instead. Like isn't there a difference between side plate and main plate? Ambience is not that good, it was Noisy, we had kids running around and making noise as if we were sitting in playground. In my view I feel that the Staff should handle things patiently and not panic or do their service in rush.

Sanie was very accomodating and the food was amazing! I love the taste of the rib eye and the steak was cooked the way I wanted.

My favourite restaurant ..its mango nuts broccoli salad...oh the steaks or the pastas....amazing..the onion dip with sweat sour cream with tortuous ....better if you have the 40% privilege card

The restaurant serves a very good tasty food The steak was amazing, done better than most of the places in kuwait. The order speed is slow The restaurant needs a better management The employees are not welcoming good The prices are a little bit high Over all, good restaurant that needs and worth a try!

One of the authentic steakhouse I find here in Kuwait. There's a lot of reason to comeback specially if you want to celebrate special occasion. They keep extra measure specially this pandemic I saw everyone having mask and gloves which is very important for us customers. Customer service can be improved, while staffs are very accomodating and food was mouth watering.

Traveled 18 hours on a plane from USA to come to this restaurant. I am partially disabled so we kindly asked for parking accommodations in the front of the hotel for no more than an hour. I came with a respected member of the ruling family. No consideration for my medical condition, no consideration for the distance I traveled, no consideration for the Ruling family that provides the security and history to this great nation!! The management should be ashamed of themselves. But them again, how good can a steak house be inside Holiday inn??Inn??? Trash! Just like the parking attendant and his lack of respectful upbringing!!
