Well how do I start I would like to say that I ordered Dairy Queen and the first thing I see is this please check the photo , and that was not the worst thing the burgers where so dry they gave us a old chicken burger with rotten lettuce the only thing that was good was the French fries and the dipers and they add too much sauces on the burgers like it’s a burger I don’t want to be a water fall of sauces and the roll which was in the photo I put is so dry half of it dosent even have chicken or anything it’s just plain bread , please close all branches in Kuwait and don’t embarrass your selves .

Do not use carriage when ordering for Delivery, they don't pack the ice cream on ice, so it'll arrive melted. Not the mention while u track ur order u will notice it will sit waiting to be collected for 15 mins before someone picks it up. Carriage customer service is lousy.

DQ is delicious in Saudi Arabia not in Kuwait, here i think they should close all branches or find another agency. Onion rings????? Maybe fried with car oil , not exaggerating.

The blizzard's became worse I feel like portions of the toppings got smaller when I ordered the mango cheesecake it felt like I was just eating soft serve I dunno why it became worse but the last 2 years i tried it it was pretty good
