I wonder if they’re understaffed because I was told that I had to wait for about ONE HOUR to have my cats’ nails trimmed :( Other than that, service is good and associates seem to be very knowledgeable.

If you care and love your pet please do not go to this place for grooming. My cat who i have taken to pet zone twice for grooming caught ringworm, and because of it my kids and i also have caught it. Anyone who has experienced ringworm or has seen it know how annoying and hard it is to treat it. Petzone is seriously careless when it comes to hygiene and sanitizing their equipments and grooming stations. Please for the love of god do not go to this place.

I managed to buy the following items for my 3 month old German shephard: Metal crate medium-sized , 2 toys, shampoo, sanitary pads and a cushion bed fir 35 kwd. Not too bad at all. The only problem is the parking, opposite of the store, there is a small open parking, always full.

I am a regular customer of Petzone. I made my reservation booking today for my 2 dogs but unfortunately the call centre staff are very unprofessional while having our conversation. The first person that I talk to declined my request as he said it’s full and all slots are occupied for today and advised me to make a reservation for tomorrow. So I decided to call back in just 5 minutes and I got a reservation slots today. But it’s so oddly that the person that I talk with has no phone call etiquette. How sad and very bad experience.

A fairly normal experience I had with them. The staff are good and friendly.. But today was so humid but their ACs were not working properly. Also it took 2:30 hours to groom my cat, but there was no place to sit. Only 4 seats for the whole shop.

We just bought a new puppy for our kids and first time ever we owned a dog. The Staff at petzone were very helpful and advised us as to what to get and they had all kinds of required foods, hygiene stuff and other accessories. Because they has a wide variety of products and know how of the staff, the experience was pleasant. Will soon be using their grooming services too. Recommended for your pet.

It's a nice place to buy stuffs for our dearest pets but I had a bad experience with the grooming section, yesterday April 2. Its my first time to bring my cat there for grooming. I adopted an amputated (left hind leg) male scottish fold cat and instructed them to be very careful with him. I said its his first bath after I adopted him and the in-charge suggested only for basic cleaning plus trimming the groin area because my cat's hair is short. He explained that they will give him a bath, clean the ears/eyes and trim the nails. Then they informed me that my cat is ready for pick up. I went there and they showed me "Buddy" and his amputated leg is bleeding, not much but it upsets me. The other customer even told the the groomer to put a bandage on the bleeding site. I went home and checked buddy. He doesnt want me to touch his amputated leg. I checked his ears and to my suprise it was dirty, both ears were dirty. A terrible experience. Please do something bout this.
