Professional doc and rude cashier, he supposed not work in that place. He was unprofessional at all. Impolite. Hope from the high management to take action regarding this staff.

What a terrible service! Been there once and will never go back. If you value your time and money, go to a better clinic. The lady at the reception is such a rude and mean person. How can they hire staff like that ! There are a lot of excellent dental clinics in Kuwait and this one is obviously not one of them.

Terrible work done on my son ! Wish we chose a more professional clinic for braces! Now will need to invest double the amount initially paid to Tijan to repair the damage done by Dr Ajay. Even the fixed retainers snapped and were glued in a shabby way.

Very bad experience, unprofessional at all, first doc was OK when they send u to other doc they never tell how long u need to wait, the receptionist was chewing gum and so loudly and in front of all ppl and when u talk to them they speak in bad way like they control ur soul, I don't recommend anyone to visit them, they transfer doc to other branch without informing patients

Office is clean and has modern equipment, but cleaning was 50 KWD and dentist barely spent 10 minutes in my mouth. It did not feel like a thorough cleaning. Not impressed.

If I could give this center 0 stars I would for their lack of professionalism. I had an appointment at 12pm on Tuesday, and between Monday evening till Tuesday afternoon received 5 calls to confirm my appointment. The last one on Tuesday at 11:40am (20 minutes before the appointment) and I get to the clinic at 11:56am only to be told that dentist will not be coming. It baffles me that the dentist did not apologize prior to that and that 20 minutes before the appointment the preparations were not made. When I asked the ladies at the reception to let me see another doctor they said there are no other doctors until 1! A whole clinic only has a single dentist who did not show up. They said they would give me an appointment at 1 but the other dentist has an appointment so I would have to wait. The center refused to take any responsibility. When I asked to see a supervisor, they said there are none. And I could hear the receptionists talking among themselves nonchalantly about just giving me another appointment some other day as the time of patients is invaluable. Even when I asked for a complaint form they kept on giving me the excuse of "the dentist having an emergency". Having emergencies is fine but what is not fine is that there were no alternatives put in the case of such emergencies. Very disappointing and unprofessional...

I called them and they told me they had a doctor available. But when I got there they told me doctor will come after 1.5 hours. I would never had came if I had known I had to wait that long. So I waited, saw doc and left. They told me I can take xray of my teeth in morning shift. I call them a week or so later to request my X-ray, they told me I have to pay 10kd! For CD!! They are looking for anyway to rip you off I will never come back again! I’m being generous by giving them two stars!

Good dental care, but unprofessional clinic services. Took them 40 min of waiting to let me know the doctor is still busy. And they had no clue how much longer it will take. We have other things pending, we’re not here to drive around town for no reason. Disappointing to say the least. Why make an appointment? Might as well just come as a walk in, it’s the same thing.

Doctors were very unhelpful, very generic and one Doctor even told us that his work ends at 9PM while we are in his office, telling us why we were late, even though we were waiting for 2 hours at the reception and they told us he had a patient. Horrible bed side manners and horrible customer service.
