I was certified as 200hr Yoga teacher by Tru3 Yoga in 2021, and just completed 40hr pranayama and meditation teacher training with them(2023). The experience I had with them was and still amazing. They are great leaders who know how to guide their students and support them all the time. They care for all details which will help students do better. They lead you from beginner to a level of confidence in teaching others. well organized team, well prepared to hold training and pass their great knowledge and experience. This is a must needed yoga community in our Middle East. I had many experiences with other places, and honestly Tru3 yoga is the best. If your are looking to learn the (true) yoga, choose them and you won’t regret. Depth of knowledge in teaching, leading, giving time and space. What an incredible experience! I have just completed Tru3 Yoga’s 40 hour Pranyama and Meditation Teacher Training. I was also apart of their 200hr YTT in 2020 and I am so happy to see Tru3 grow and offer more trainings. This training was well organized and thought out by the Tru3 Yoga team and lead by Angelique. Angelique is knowledgeable, clear and patient with her teachings. Her teachings went in depth on yogic breathing and meditation and provided great techniques and practical ways on how to lead a pranayama and meditation class. The program was held in a positive learning environment where I felt supported and able to reach my full potential. I am grateful for the experience, the people I have met, and for what I have learned. Looking forward to all the exciting things Tru3 yoga will bring!

Exceeded my expectations! I just recently completed the 40 hrs Pranayama & Meditation Yoga Teacher Training with Tru3 Yoga and I have to say that it was the best Yoga Teacher Training I’ve ever attended (I did 3 YTTs before). Tru3 Yoga team was very professional in coordinating the training. The timetable & what to except were very clear even before we started and using their online platform made it even more clear and easy. Moreover, the pace of the training was on point and it wasn’t overwhelming in regards to time and information. I walked in to Tru3 and everything was beyond mesmerizing, so I joined! The vibes are calm, serene, and beautiful. The instructors are kind, patient, and experienced. The setting is modern, elegant, and clean. Overall, the best yoga place in Kuwait in my opinion and I highly recommend it.

Tru3 is a super peaceful space to practice yoga in. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has Yoga experience or is just starting out. The staff are absolutely lovely and are always happy to assist. The class timings are practical to attend during work days and they are never overcrowded. The parking space is never too full either. I always leave the classes feeling physically stronger and mentally relaxed. I started out purchasing monthly memberships to test it out, and now I’m planning to move into the annual membership. The only downside is that I wish some classes were longer than 1 hour, but I love how flexible Tru3 is because you’re free to stay behind and stretch in the yoga studio/ join any other classes happening the same day- so I guess you can make it work if you really want to! :) All in all, yes yes yes to this place!

It was my first time trying yoga, it was an amazing experience I enjoyed it a lot. The center is well decorated and always smells refreshing.I tried several types of yoga classes and all of it gave me a different feeling. All of the instructors were super nice and professional. There are so many features of Tru3 yoga that make it such a wonderful space to practice yoga. The teachers are all well-trained and authentic and stay true to the spirit of yoga.
