We’ve been very happy and extremely satisfied with the help and assistance of the design specialist Mr. Anthony and the sales associate Ms Putnam. We purchased three complete bedrooms, beddings including pillows shams and quilts and bedroom accessories. We were very pleased with the quality and value for money of the items purchased. But most of all we’re happy with the service and guidance of the staff.

Pottery Barn is my go to for place for quality furniture, garden furniture, accessories & bedding and I’m always happy with with purchases. I had a fantastic experience yesterday and ended up buying a dinning table after going there several times for over a year. Mr. Anthony has been exceptionally helpful and patient with me. He convinced me to get a table within my price range, and gave me the time to think and decide after walking me around and showing me all options. He even offered to charge my phone when my phone went off as I was discussing selection with my husband. He called several branches to locate the item I wanted that was short in store. I left with a very satisfied experience and a great purchase!

Very disappointing, I called one day in advance to know if one particular school bag was available in the shop instead ordering online and they told me yes and come. When I came I realized that there is only one piece left which was one returned from online. This one was already used with several pen marks on the sides. When I asked for a solution to get a new one, no one was able to assist me with a solution and it was a mess in the shop with no one very helpful… Don’t go to this shop if you are looking for advice and assistance…

I came into Pottery Barn after good experiences shopping at the store in Jeddah. Anthony greeted us as a family with a very warm welcome and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. I have been back several times since and always like to be helped by him as his product knowledge is very good and he is very patient as I am quite indecisive.
