Terrible place. They turn people away and embarrass their customers for no good reason. I’ve been to this place many times, great everything except for a decent sense of service.

To save you the hassle, if you’re not friends with the owners, their friends, or the security folks at the entrance, don’t even bother. Even with a booking they probably won’t let you in, it’s a pub run by a ‘private society’ mentality, (all the 5-star reviewers probably come from this category), there are dozens of other better places out there where you can have some decent good time while keeping your dignity. My suggestion to the owners is to change its name to ‘Secret Pub’ which would be more suitable.

I am so disappointed with the way we were treated at this pub on Tue 18 feb 2020! We entered the pub and the manager seated us on a table of four that was not comfortable after we were given two table choices for four. Later we felt too warm and asked the waiter if it was possible for us to move to a six seat table next to ours and he gave us the okay... we moved there and suddenly came the manager started shouting at us in a very rude way stating that he gave us two choices and we disobeyed his rules!!! and that we are not allowed to sit on that table... we told him that we asked for permission and he kept screaming that he is the person in charge here and we should obey him and that he doesn’t care wether we asked the waiter or not because he is the manager it’s his word to be listened to !!! We decided to walk away with our self dignity and left the pub before ordering !!! On the way out we saw the same rude manager and said thank you so much and guess what his reply was ?!?! you’re more than welcome ! He said it in a very arrogant rude way like we are trash !!! Good pub the way we were treated is totally unacceptable and I still can’t believe how this can happen and be normal ! We won’t ever come back to your pub...

Nice place, excellent food and service but the bad thing is that even if you are a regular customer there, some stupid questions will be asked at the entrance. For example: do you have anyone inside with stiff attitude? But what if I don’t !! If you answer Yes, then tell us who and call them to come escort you to enter lol and if not and even if the place is empty, they will ask you the same stupid question. The host and restaurant manager are never straightforward with moody attitudes. But there is a guy called Nader who is very respectful and descent.

Made a reservation over the phone, but when they found that we're 2 guys, they said we never got the call and when i showed him the log. The guy said, i don't know who talked to you on the phone. This is shameful, specially if you're inviting a friend from outside Jordan. Not recommended at all.

Just don't go there staff and door policy are so rude and overly expinsive prices such a poor uncomfy place a pub that don't have alcoholic beverages menu...

the worst place u may visit.. a very bad experience we reserved on our way back from the airport and they confirmed, once we got there he told us that there is no place and he cant serve us.. and he didnt even bother to call us back to cancel reservation.

If there is a minus zero star review I would give it to this bar. The place I super crowded. No precocious measurement whatsoever taken place.uncomfortable Ans downgrading . Very low class people and staff. Ughhhh. I won’t recommended this place in a million year.

So good! Played mostly Arabic music that even though I don't understand, sounded so good. The service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere was very liberating. I loved the place.

The owner needs to train the door staff on how to speak, receive, and treat customers. The host Mohammed is extremely rude, arrogant and doesn't respect regular customers. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Very weak And rude service. Used to be my favourite pub in Jordan I used to go there almost every few days in 2017 and 2018. I traveled for a year and when I returned they didn’t let me enter the pub anymore. One time I invited my Clint for dinner there and I called them and they said welcome, when I got there they embarrassed me in front of him saying sorry. Last time I was there I ordered a bottle and left it there under my name, Few days later I returned and they told me it’s fully booked and they brought me the bottle and said here’s it. I contacted the ministry of tourism and filed a complaint.

Food is nice, drinks are cool but their prices sometimes are overrated, overall it's a wonderful place to go and enjoy a night out.

I previously gave a very high rating, but after my last visit I found out that if you are not a regular they will give you the worst table in the place that you will freeze and leave, even if there are so many empty tables. The food was okay and the drinks were perfect the waiter was grumpy at the beginning then it turned out he is friendly person. But in general I didn't like how they greet a customer it feels like you are entering "Berghain", and I didn't like how they discriminate between regulars and normal people, it's amazing that you treat a regular in a special way but don't treat normal people like they are coming for free. P.S the prices are relatively cheap to other places in Amman and I liked that * "Berghain" is one of the hardest nightclubs to get into in Europe

The interior design is really excellent... the music is a combination of Arabic and English... the food is good and the service is polite... we had a great time.

Went there on a Friday night and the place was throbbing. They had One FC's Muay Thai playing on the TV, which they turned off for some reason. The décor is great. I tried the club sandwich and it was pretty good. The bartender made some custom cocktails for me as well.

It's very creepy place I don't recommend anyone to visit this place, it's not safe and bad hospitality.

My husband and I went here to meet some friends and catch up. Everything at this place was amazing from cocktails food service the full works. Highly recommend for groups of friends to meet up and hangs out

Had a booking at 10 am and i arrived 9:55, the host tried tontell me that am late and made me set outside till there was an empty table inside, went back, 2 hours later i stayed outside even that i specifically asked for a table inside

If you're going to enjoy the and make some conversation its not the place. Atleast inside, maybe music is low near the windows but we couldn't hear each others at all. Instead we had to drink eat and dance. I would come back

Best food by far comparing with any other pub in Amman they have the best Buffalo grilled chicken tenders 😋... the level of the crowd as well is very good you don't see low level annoying people. It's mixed between foreigners since it's located close to the emabassies and upper class locals
