I was staying next door at the Arjaan Boulevard and the reception recommended me this bar. Went upstairs and unfortunately, I was denied entry by the manager. I told him I just wanted to grab a drink, but he still didn’t budge and offered no explanation. Terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately to a place like this to be ruined by very bad waiters. All what they are looking for is how much you will spend ! They were forcing us to pay around 40 JDs per person despite the receipt is much less than that. The place were half empty, and the manager said we “barely” could find a table for you !!

A bad experience..the stuff are not nice and not professional.this place is overrated. I book reservation a week before..and still got a bad table in a bad place.. Its busy (i don't know why) much better places in Amman with better stuff and better atmosphere..and of course Cheaper

Bartenders are great!! Good food!!... Managers will kick u out no matter how much u spend... place for locals... tourists lot of better places in Amman to hang out and eat great food!! Won't recomend to a friend.

A nicely appointed place with a good crowd. Unfortunatly our experience was below average because of the live DJ. Changing tracks too fast and playing inconsistent tunes which effected the overall mood.

One of the few places I've visited in my life where the service is great even though the place to so crowded!! Great staff and great atmosphere

Food was amazing rest all was a unhappy experience. the greeting and welcoming is uncomfortable and the staff are not friendly at all..waiters have no experience in serving and dining ethics . Felt like I'm in a cheap street bar that serves good food.

Service 6/10 Location 8/10 Price 2/10 Not worth the value of having their employees dictate what you should pay etc.. also please pay attention to the bill as they play around with it.

I'll definitely will join my voice to those who gave bad reviews. These kind of restaurants are managed by inexperienced personals who think that location is over quality and service..which that exactly what they offer!!

Good food but everything else was so bad, i felt unwelcomed when i first entered and was told i should leave in an hour because the place will be full and there is no place for us and i didn’t have a reservation (even though I did) even though me and my friend were the only people there. the staff was unfriendly and the music bad and too loud. too expensive as well. never again.

Food is good, but DJ is so not good! They can do much better in getting a better DJ.

Its was a nice experience in BRASS, i went for dinner the place is cosy and the food is tasty.

The reservation was wrong, the staff were rude, no respect for the guests

Bad hospitality, bad waiters or in others ways rude! We were attending a birthday party were we had to be stopped by the receptionist and told that we aren't allowed to enter because we were under 25 where other people who were under that specified age were inside and able to drink whatever they pleased, Where we couldn't drink whatever we pleased (We are all above 18 and had our IDs) Waiters kept disturbing us thus we couldn't enjoy our chats and time.. atrocious service and we felt like we were being monitored or watched in other words.. such a bad place to celebrate a birthday party.. wouldn't recommend at all..
