It’s a late review given that I stayed for more than 2 weeks around a year ago. My company chose it. The location isn’t bad, a few restaurants and shops in the area (it’s mostly a residential area) As for the hotel, it’s old and average. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious but they’re old. There’s a gym in the basement which was nice, a small indoor pool as well but I never swam in it (human soup) The WiFi is not that good, sometimes it would completely shut down for a couple of hours. The staff is nice, it was a full board accommodation and the buffet downstairs was okay with decent choices although the quality was questionable. But the room service was absolutely disgusting, and it’s not just once or twice for me to say that maybe it’s a mistake. It happened every time until I decided never again after a few days. First, I hate wasting food but couldn’t finish what I ordered because it’s that bad, the hygiene standard is low, food is very oily, and I got stomach pain and diarrhea from it. It’s like they only put a bit of effort for the buffet and completely don’t care about room service. One of the worst experiences regarding room service ever.

The hotel is old and looks dirty. It smells very bad (food and smoke). Internet connection is a disaster Rooms are dirty and rarely cleaned deeply. Food is repetitive, cold, and most of the time, not enough. No AC and no heating. Elevators are very busy and not working well. Staff is not helpful or organized at all. It's very noisy at night. *They decided to clean the main entrance with ACID at mid-day during the weekend. Many people were affected for that.

Overrated hotel. Pics on the Web are dated. The hotel has had no maintenance for years. The pool was empty and pool area not in use. Meals were chaos and no scrambled eggs or omelette at breakfast.

The services was very bad, the food looks like plastics , Even the air conditioner was weak and the weather was very hot, and when we informed the responsible employee, the responsible employee intervened in a very rude manner, and everyone was very upset from her, and if I have advice, she should not deal with customers at all. . We were discussing calmly until she came, and we were surprised by her attitude it was very rude style. The party was for graduation, we are having another occasion the next month and I was willing to do it at your place until I saw your bad customer service and I would never think of this hotel!

Nice enough place aside from the staff wanting to rip me off on a taxi fare to the airport. Double what local taxis charge. I doubt I'll be back. It also looked like one of the staff cars, and not an actual hotel car!

A Very bad customer service, i will never recommend this hotel to anyone i know. I hope you do a training for your employees how to talk and treat their customers. And know who to hire as a manager role! Very poor!

Simply terrible in 2023, tired (holes in carpet), dirty broken bathrooms (toilet seat loose, hand basin waste not functioning, dirty silicone), no USB or shaver power. VERY noisy air conditioning with only on/off control. Stayed twice as Tour company start and finish @DaysInn both rooms were a total disappointment. Not a place to stay let alone attempt to sleep.

This hotel is quite old, and this alone wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't unkept and unclean. Rooms are large but dirty, bathrooms lack basic hygiene tools. The buffet lacks in quality, but It would otherwise be fine if it wasn't for the lack of labeling or signs close to the food items - you are literally forced to guess what you're eating. The Spa is difficult to reach (again, lack of signs) and women can't access the Jacuzzi, since it's in a male-only area. The Hotel is far from the City center and the surroundings are hardly inspiring. Please, do not choose this place if you expect to find yourself in a four-stars hotel.

I hope this helps. The room is a great size very spacious. Now the hot tub in the bathroom that don't work should be removed. The TV in the room is very small should be at least a 50". The little free soaps and shampoo do not have a refreshing smell. I never received my points for staying there. Also, i don't know who credit card you put on my account but it was not mine. The staff can be a little more helpful.

We really enjoyed the buffet each day. The variety of food was outstanding. Not having to order traditional meals at the restaurant was a great option.

Check in fast and easy even in the middle of the night. Huge room and huge bed. Amazing soft bed sheets that smell amazing good. Everything is clean and smells nice. Plenty of food and desserts for all 3 meals with variety and always tasty. Mohammad the supervisor is very polite, kind and always helpful. All staff are very discreet, respectful and polite. I would definitely recommend.

Some people 3were accommodated in smoking rooms while the hotel policy was non-smoking hotel. When asked to change the room, they said no availability... This is disappointing from a 4 star hotel. How can a non-smoking room be cleaned, che ked and then a client finds out that it smells Smoke... The hotel was clean, excellent service, but this is an inconvenience that was not appreciated by some clients checking in the hotel. I qas their guide...

My sisters engagement was at Days Inn and it was just perfect! The staff were very friendly, they did everything in their power to make it a memorable experience and it was! We also got a deluxe room as part of the package and the room was very clean and organized. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for anyone looking for a place to throw an engagement party or a wedding, you won’t regret it!

I'm rn in a 2 week quarantine and this place makes is perfect for it. The service is nice and fast, as for the food they give you it 3 times a day and in each one is delicious and fills you till your full. If I had a problem it would be the internet because we are far away from the 5g and the normal net. But other than that I would recommend to go again

The pool part of the hotel was good but the outdoor pool was a bit dirty from the dust. The location of the hotel and transportation is good. Room service is not very good. Wedding organizations organized in the hotel create a cheerful atmosphere. It's nice to have a club in the hotel. The breakfast is very good.

We stayed there for a month during winter break. I have nothing but excellent things to say about the hotel. It was very clean. The rooms were spacious. Customer service was 5 stars. We were well treated by everyone. I highly recommend it. The breakfast buffet was big and had a variety of foods to choose from.

Days Inn is ideally located, budget friendly hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Hotel looks little old but is well maintained. Breakfast spread is also good. Staff is courteous. It's located in very calm and peace place. So one can surely relax.

We liked the ambiance, friendly staff, and the outside pool. What we disliked were numerous: 1. Cleanliness: 6/10 Rooms are not so clean. Dust stays and never be removed. Carpets were rarely cleaned. 2. The whole hotel furniture shall be renovated. Especially the dining chairs in the Spasso restaurant. 3. Breakfast lacks consistency: It was fair to good and depends on the number of guests. Some days it was very organized and clean with wide variety , while other days it was messy and there were many missing things. In addition, some of the cutlery, plates, and cups were not so clean. 4. Room's AC is very loud.

This branch of days inn hotel of amman jordan, I give a 5 star! The staff is so warm, friendly, accommodating, and it was nice to have witnessed 3 wedding receptions arrival while I stayed there for 2 weeks. The gym is nice, the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet is good. And the price per night was best value you can get for your money.

The hotel have changed 180 degrees to the betterment of it .. The service is great, the breakfast and lunch buffet are great with an excellent choices and varieties... I went there more than 3 times this summer and every time I go I see more and more improvements.. As soon as you enter the hotel the smell of luxury takes your sense up and elevate your mode, the food and appetizers we got were first class, thanks to the management, Mr. Yanal and the team there... As soon as you give your car to the vallet gentleman he greats you with an awesome smile, and carefully takes your car, and once you enter the hotel you see fresh things (Plants, frames its looks fresh) you feel you are entering a bright and welcoming place that puts you into vacation mode even if you are not on vacation... The staff are very friendly and becoming more and more attentive... Keep it up like that and the skies are not even the limit... I recommend visiting, staying and chilling at the pool and just UNWIND...

I just used the hall outside to attend a wedding, the Soil was so smelly and there is no wind or breeze. The juice was like water .. but inside the hotel I'm sure it's more nice and different style!

The rooms and food were good. But we were a large group of people and 8 members complained that small amounts of money were stolen on the last day of our stay from different rooms. They had proof that the money was stolen while they were away when the cleaning service teams went in. We had no time to do anything and we told the management but they didn't do anything as well.

I booked the day of my engagement at the hotel and it was one of the worst experiences and places anyone could work in compared to the price The place was very restricted in terms of choices regarding the arrangements inside the hall. Other than that, we asked for burners and they asked for an increase in the amount, but the day before the party we asked to cancel it, but we were refused by Mr. Mounir, and at the party they did not work in the required manner. The dance floor was dirty and the seat was dirty Except that the pictures were ready after a whole month and there was no cooperation in an unprofessional manner I tried to contact the administration but they did not show any interest

It was a very bad experience, very bad services, uncomfortable beds, dirty sheets, the smell of the sheets was really disgusting, the dust was everywhere, the amount of coffee, tea and water was very small and if you want more you have to buy, overall a very bad hotel.
