Very overrated and double standards .. they say couples only and the place is full of guys, literally a sausage party. Went there with a group of friends for 2 consecutive days, our bill was 600 JD and 400 JD. The crowd is weird, few are classy and the others are just weird. 2 days later decided to go their at the bar and they said to me couples only although the place was full of guys. The valet will park your car as VIP in front of the door and you will get fined by police .. مسخرة

I called to book a table for me and my friends for my birthday... they put me on a waiting list and they were very rude on the phone. 1 day prior to the booked day i called again to check on the booking and they kept disconnecting the call and then eventually blocked my phone number. I called from a different phone number and they were not friendly at all and off puting and said that the booking will not be confirmed until 1-2 hour before 8pm. Very disrespectful and not professional.

I recently made a booking at Iguana to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. Two hours prior to my scheduled time, I contacted them to ask a question about my booking, ( I called more than 10 times, no one was picking up ) when they eventually did I discovered that they had no record of my reservation. When the staff member checked his records, he did find that I had called to make a reservation, but he did not inform me that my booking would not be confirmed until I received a message. As a result, I had invited many guests and trusted that my booking was confirmed. Despite their mistake, the staff member did not make any attempt to assist me or to accommodate me for my celebration. I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated by the experience. The communication was poor, and the staff did not take responsibility for their error or attempt to rectify the situation. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking for alternative venues for a better and more reliable experience.

Unprofessional staff, i went there with a friend to explore the place and spend sometime. it was mid day and the place is almost empty The front desk staff did not allow us in the place suggesting that the entire place is fully booked which is not true, Subsequently he said it's only couples which is also not true. Honestly they are working hard to push clients away!!! I am not clear why a lounge would lose potential customers in such Unprofessional way ??!! And act as they are (the one and only) place in the world for such average or even below average place. Pls train your staff as every customer count and every positive review help to grow business I will never try to visit this place again

Living in the hotel next door was the worst experience I could have had. The so called “music” from this rooftop bar was unbearably loud which made sleeping impossible! Nearly every day they played music until 2 or 3 am! I can’t even imagine how uncomfortable it must be to be at the venue in person! I doubt that you are able to hear yourself think with that loud and annoying music! I do not get how one establishment could be so inconsiderate about their surroundings and blast music this loud and this long without any regard to sleeping times (especially during the week days!!!). I will never recommend staying close to this establishment and neither will I ever recommend anybody to go there! Hopefully this review will be received well and maybe someone there will finally do something about this insanely and unnecessarily loud music! Kind regards from someone who is trying to sleep but can’t because of your incredibly loud music!

If you want to go DEAF and never use your ears again go to this place... if you want to shout every word to the person sitting right next to you... go to this place!!! My personal opinion, this place is too loud to enjoy a gathering with friends.

The place is a rip off. We tried different expensive cocktails but they all turned out to be the worst we had in Amman - watered down with cheap juice and sugary syrup, you don’t even taste any alcohol (the kind of stuff you find in cheap all-inclusive resorts). The DJ and music are average and so is the atmosphere. There are lots of better places in Amman. This place is sadly a waste of money.

Setup and service are good, drinks as well... Food not that good we tried New York chicken... Crowd is mix of 20s to late 40s... A bit chilly at night get a jacket and scarf.

The customer service is extremely bad, unacceptable lack of communication. Theres no follow up of the reservation possibility. Very overrated, and no sense of classiness what so ever. I don't recommend it, there are hundreds of places in Amman that exceed Iguana's service and atmosphere.

We had a reservation yesterday under my friend name (a girl) then a guy with a green shirt on the entrance was very rude and have this sassy feminine attitude gave me a dirty look then told me the reservation has been canceled! Whatever your policy is you should inform the guests CLEARLY what your rules are when they do the reservation. And please drop the attitude as no one really cares about your lame place anyway.

Had one of the worst experience while trying to book a table for 4 days and each time they were saying they will get back to me , which never happened , unprofessional at all .

Stay away very bad food and music way to loud also I stayed in the hotel next door a few times and they don’t care about the people trying to sleep I’m going to personally report them

More options with no meat would be lovely. The service and atmosphere were comforting.

Worst reservation system ever, people on the phone are misleading and don’t not get beck to you . It’s seems that you need to have some sort of subscription to get a reservation.

The roof has a nice view and cool theme, but the prices aren't worth what you get!
