Who does this person think he is? Does the management of this place encourage this behavior? This is a place I recommend to a lot of people and all the people go there have something to say about the service. Customers are always right (given they are respectful) they pay so much money per evening and we still get such treatment? Service during weekend is extremely slow. I waited for the waiter to pay 15mins, glass refill took forever...etc Management should work more on solving these issues. Its a shame that such a beautiful place has a show off attitude.

The place is beautiful but the host guy made us wait all night at the bar seat and let everyone find a seat at the terrace except us. It wasn't very welcoming. There are many other rooftops better than that. I don't think I'll go again.

I’d give them 0 star if I can. They judge by your look if you can get in or not. I and my fiancé went their and we were granted entrance for how we look. When my friends were denied entrance we had to pay our bill and leave. We didn’t even drink what we ordered. The worst experience ever. I would not recommend this place at all.

Staff lack professional communication skills and customer service. I called to reserve a table but they told me they don’t reserve tables by phone and it’s a walk in system first-come, first-served . I went there me and my girlfriend and the guy let us standing next to the bar for one hour and I saw many of empty tables when I asked him about the empty tables he said it is reserved !!?? I asked him are you serious because I called and they told me no reservations how did they reserve the tables and he keeps telling me i don’t know , I asked him how I can reserve a table he said I don’t know , I think he should be more professional at least he can tell me sorry next time call ( this number ) and we will give you a table rather than just let us standing for one hour .

I went several times there, usually by day, and I really liked the food and the quick service (not many people by day). Happy hours with reduced prices increases the value for the food that otherwise would be a bit expensive. Drinks are prepared with great care and I liked them even if usually I avoid alcohol at all. Yesterday (Thu night) I went around midnight, they started with the usual questions about "reservation", then that it's closing (previous time they told me that closes at 1am...) but I managed somehow to convice them to get in. Btw there were several tables free... Well, nobody, really nobody, even who told me to remember me previous time, went to take an order... completely ignored... I quietly waited 20mins, then at 0.20 went away. So careful by day, so indifferent by night (4 stars for day service, 0 for night).

Always great to drop in. Staff are super. They know what you want when a regular. Like to go in early during winter so as not to get exposed to them clouds of smoke. The food is good, make sure you ask for recommendations because they'll give it to you straight, they know their specials and they'll help you order. In the summer time the outdoors terrace is just great. Good views combined with superb Amman weather, you can't go wrong. Best to make reservations well ahead of time.

Dope bar! Gin basil is a great summer drink. The alfredo sliders are one of the best burgers I've ever had in Amman. The rooftop atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming on week nights; pretty crowded on Thursday nights. Helpful service, when you can get to the bar or get a seat. Get the fish tacos.

The fish tacos were some of the best I've had, amazing sauce. Experienced mixologist, decent bottle selection, affordable (by western standards). Music was a bit loud for conversation but expected on a weekend night.

Meh, went here straight after Alibi and wish we stayed there for another. It’s a cool vibe, and more lively / club feel – however I’d prefer quality of drink/food etc. which is definitely better downstairs at Alibi. Cocktails incomparable. A new destination for me after 2 years far from Jordan. Service was fine, however we should wait always to find a waiter to ask for some staff. Ordered food and it was very nice from taste, seasoning, presentation and plating. The place was crowded and ambiance, music and overall rating was amazed.

A must visit place, the music was good and the environment is amazing! They tasteful drinks! Something bothered me, that we were a table of 20 people approx. and we were ordering food and drinks, i didn’t like that the waiter approached us and told us that we need to order more! I had a terrible experience today at district. I had to write the review as soon as I left. We are 4 who went to try this restaurant because of the view. However we reserved a table a week ago and they put us on a two person table. We requested a bigger table which showed only 4 chairs and they kept telling us these are for 6 people. They seated 3 people at both of the tables we requested. They lied and it was a very unprofessional behavior. We barely fit the food on the table! I own a restaurant and I would never lie to my customers and seat others there. Unbelievable. Also, the nachos were sub-par and the mansaf sliders were not good at all. The first and last time I’ll be coming here! Thanks for nothing. Ended up going home early and will definitely never recommend this place to anyone.

Simply the best for an elegant, relaxed, social night out in Amman. The crowd is a great mix of expatriates and well-traveled locals, all out to have a good time. I've brought many friends from inside and outside Jordan here for a memorable night out. Between the crowd and amazing view, everyone feels comfortable and enjoys themselves. The service is superb and the food and drink excellent.

Wow - the best view of Amman that I've seen from a bar/restaurant yet! Food and drink specials until 8 PM. Lots of good food on the menu, including a large variety of sliders. We found the service to be very good. It does seem that reservations are strongly advisable for Thursday and Friday nights. Come here, enjoy a good drink, and marvel in a lovely evening view.
