Shame on such places thinking to be very hype but still having couple policy. I am a tourist and came for one night. I wanted to meet a friend for a drink. Unfortunately we are both males so no entry. The deck and Amman more generally should be more tolerant with tourists coming to visit the city. Anyway happy to leave tomorrow and will not come back

Very bad experience, I was a resident at the same hotel with my wife to celebrate our anniversary, then decide to make reservation in this place (The deck ) , I surprised that they reserved a table for me in Enzo , so I reject this table and go to The deck area , the managers (Maen and Waleed) came to me and my wife, with the bouncer, and said I’ll stop the service on this table and I want this table !!!! Very embarrassing and unprofessional action.

Unfortunately this place was super loud for us, it was literally impossible to talk. The music was insanely loud, that can cause a headache, even it was Saturday night where its not weekend anymore. The funny thing is that the only ones dancing were the bar keepers, but everyone else was sitting and talking. We asked them to lower the music but they ignored us, so we had to leave. I hope that they listen to what their customers want rather than being stubborn for what they want, because the place is nice. The food was dry and below average, minimum price for a drink was 8 JOD / 10 Euro without TAX.

Never know till why amman places like this going down in service we book table 2 week ago and when we arrive they give our table to another people and put us in table no View, nothing dark after they do chipper move they just start giving me three shots at things like this. I wasn’t asked for Freesat. I was asked for anything for free. I was just asked for my table and the service wasn’t good at all. You need to work more in yourself guys Cheers

Odai is the BEST server. Seriously one of the best nights spent here. Odai was the nicest to us so we had to come the next day. The DJ was insanely good. I recommend this place to everyone.

They keep saying they’re full even one week earlier from the reservation date, and when she called to confirm, she said no shisha is served, and the next day a friend of mine went there and it was served simply! They make silly excuses over the phone a week ahead like telling us don’t come, seriously what’s wrong with your staff!!! Very rude and frustrating

Honestly one of the best times of my life! Odai took very good care of us and anything we ordered he brought it immediately. The DJ was the best, his song choice was beautiful and I was able to enjoy myself. 12/10 recommend to anyone who’s looking for a good time.

Not recommended. Service is slow ambiance is confusing. Regretful night to be honest.

Everything was bad! Had high expectations but was totally let down. Drinks weren’t done right, the tequila shots had salt inside them and around the rim and a huge amount! Didn’t taste good at all. The food was cold, hard and old. The pizza was horrible! Service was super slow. Just a horrible expensive experience. Never again.

Nice view and nice place to sit, happy hour at 4pm.

We made a reservation and when we arrived. they told they have a private event !! , the question is if you have a private event why are you making reservations. It was my first time and will last time.

Impeccable service, beautiful atmosphere, fabulous music.

Avoid at all costs! I will start with the only thing good. The hookah and employee managing the hookah. The worst thing is the drinks. I can get over the fact that they don’t know how to make a proper cocktail, but I’m top of that they don’t add the alcohol. I also ordered shots of Patron blanco and they sent me house tequila or Jose Cuervo and TRIED to pass it off as Patron that seals the deal that management is crooked. The place is highly overrated. Dj on a Thursday night was horrible and never got the crowd dancing which is the measure of a good dj. The food was decent but the wait staff was obviously not trained. Forgot napkins, condiments and utensils!

We enjoyed the night with the best server @ Rotana deck lounge the guy named Odai kayyali who spoiler us and treated us like kings, all the love to him and the greatest management of Rotana Amman ❤️ big love guys keep the good work up
