Nice and clean place. A bit pricey but they have good seafood, which you might not find else where, especially they say it's fresh. If you order food to be cooked, it could take really really long time to be served. So, if you're in a hurry, better you let them know that ahead if time and in advance to ensure timely serving if at all possible. Nice and professional staff and located in a prime location.

I have never left a one-star review in my life but this horrible experience is an exception. Usually, I go to al Madina al Munwarah branch where the food and service are good, this time I decided to visit al Abdali branch as a change. First, when we arrived the restaurant was empty, it made me somehow suspicious but it was okay since we will have a quiet dinner alone. Second, The weather was cold inside and no heating was turned on. For the food, I ordered soup, salad and a main dish. The soup was tasteless. obviously, it wasn't fresh and was preheated many times. The salad is the main reason why I write this review, It was disgusting I found a rubber band in it (photo attached). Finally, for the main dish. I ordered a salmon fish, the fish was okay but the side vegetables were only three strips of zucchini as if they run out of vegetables. Very disappointing, especially for a restaurant that charge premium prices. I will never eat at this restaurant again and I shall be advising my friends to do the same!

Number 1 in Jordan for seafood lover. All was good quality, service, cleaning and freshness, The only exception is that the area is not served with near parkings

Today I was at Abdali branch, I ordered 2 kg of Kana'ad fish and 2 kg of shrimps. I asked them to clean, I took my order home, we found out that they didn't clean the shrimps. I called the branch and Mr Amer answered my call, I told him about my complain, his answer to me was that I should have told the guy who was in charge of my order to clean the shrimps both sides, I explained to him that I did. He said that if I want the shrimps to be cleaned both sides, I should go back to the branch. Just imagine guys, he wants me to go back to Abdali on the traffic of a Thursday night??? He didn't even bother to apologize. Anyway, my advice to you guys, if you ever have to buy anything from that branch, be extra careful, check everything before leaving there. The behavior of the guy who is in charge, Mr Amer is not professional at all. Just wanted to share my experience with you guys. So again be extra careful....

Very bad quality of food. No taste in the fried fillet fish and the shrimps. Over priced for a very poor taste of fish. The grilled hamoor fish is good but not amazing. Shrimps and fillet tasteless

Fish is tasty if fresh only ( not vacuumed!!!) . Today I ordered by phone fresh seabass but received vacuumed seabass , smell was bad and quality as well. I recommend never to order by phone , must pick the fish yourself to ensure fresh and quality ones.I called their management and complained immediately and fortunately they responded kindly and sent me immediately fresh seabass (not vacuumed) as a compensation. I appreciated much their quick and professional response to my complaint . Thanks to Ocean management 🙏

Grilled seafood was without taste and looked poor. Spaghetti was ok , but squid was like rubber and a little bit shrimp.

Don't try the soup instead of being creamy sea food soup it was watery The see bass was perfect ..the saidia was very good ..the service is good I do recommend such a place.

We went there for lunch and I must say I had the most amazing shrimp soup ever. My boyfriend hated his seafood soup, so I think it's a matter of taste. I'm definitely returning
