The hotel is very excellent, and the working staff is cooperative with the guests. The stay was comfortable, cleanliness was taken care of, and the quality of breakfast was excellent. We thank the reception staff for providing all means of assistance to us.

The hotel is super clean. Staff are very nice and helpful. Food is ok. But as any cheap hotel, it has problems. I stayed in it for three nights and for two nights there is no hot water at night. I call them and they say they will fix it but it takes about an hour for them to do that. It is pretty annoying especially if you have had a long day and you just want to take a shower and relax.

Really nice hotel with GREAT service. We enjoyed our stay and I will definitely go back there if I'm back at Amman again. The food is nice and the location is close to most places. The staff at the reception is very helpful. The only downside could be that it is a bit noisy if you open the window at night when you are sleeping but not a big issue

Very good hotel with excellent service. Clean and comfortable beds with nice atmosphere. The only thing that I ordered for my room orange juice and they didn’t have it.

Had a nice stay for a nice price. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. The included breakfast also tasted nice!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a delight. All the employees are polite, helpful and do their best that you have the best experience. The rooms and restaurant are clean. They also have private parking.

Rooms ok, mould in bathroom, construction works make it very unpleasant to stay here. Avoid 3rd floor, rooftop ventilation resonates throughout the room 24/7 - humming sound

Sehr nettes Hotel in guter Lage in der Stadt. Das Umfeld ist ordentlich und alle waren immer total bemüht und freundlich. Besonders toll war auch das Abendessen im „La Forca“, dort war man super aufmerksam und lieb auch mit unserem Sohn. Ansonsten sehr sauber und modern, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Toll für einen Städtetrip. Parken kann man direkt vor der Tür oder am Straßenrand. Von dort sind es circa 30 min zum Flughafen und auch nicht lange zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Amman. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Gutes Stadthotel etwas außerhalb von Amman. Das Zimmer war geräumig und auf den ersten Blick sauber, wenn man nicht in jede Ecke schaut... Das Frühstück hatte alles was man braucht, von herzhaft bis süß. Vom Hotel zum z.B. Römischen Theater zahlt man für das Taxi ca 3 Dinar. Insgesamt gesehen, kann ich dieses Hotel empfehlen!

I came to Amman to work for a week and it was my first time in Jordan so had no idea where to book. I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. Above all, the staff were superb!! They really looked after me and if it hadn’t been for their wake-up call this morning (which I hadn’t even asked for) I would have missed my bus since my alarm didn’t go off, so thank you 🙏. Comfy and clean rooms and decent breakfast. I will be back :)

Very nice hotel, great location, and superb service. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, fast and polite in service. The hotel is new (around two years), clean, quiet, and not crowded. The double bed room area is good, and prices are very reasonable. The breakfast is rich and tasty. I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend others to do so!

I’ve tried all the hotels in amman, recently the worst one is this, the rooms are so small and no good service no available personal stuff and the worst attitude from the receptionist not only one but all the guys that work here and i would give the hotel less than 1 out of 10!

Rooms are Small, As they claimed 9.1 Rating, i felt that it is not. Bed and Blankets are not much comfortable, seems very used or old. The Guy is on Reception seems very confusing , one of them is charging other price while other is asking different Price. The price they're offering very high as compared to services. I felt they must improve things. Location of this Hotel is good if you've car, else not many things are near by. They offered Basement Parking , and i must say they have a very Good resturant. Ambience of the resturant is good.

One of the best hotels I have been to in Jordan. It’s clean, quiet and not crowded. The staff and management are so pleasant and willing to help in anything and go the extra mile. The food is great and room service is super fast. Looking forward to next time :)

Everyone who stays in the hotel should try the delicious food of the hotel's restaurant ( Forca) . This is quite a fantastic little hotel for the money. The atmosphere is cosy, the staff are hospitable and friendly, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast is good with a selection of middle eastern and continental dishes. Location is exquisite. Overall highly recommended for short and work stays.

the Compass hotel in Amman is a modern top hotel with a very good price-quality ratio. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean. The hotel also has a parking garage, very nice if you travel around Jordan by car. In addition, the hotel has an excellent restaurant where you receive a great discount as a hotel guest. In short, The Compass hotel is a great choice, you are downtown in 10 minutes by taxi.
