Beyond amazing service! The food is amazing and the staff is very very friendly! I would definitely recomend this place for a cozy gathering or even for a delicious bite!

Snug is the best pub in Amman. Why? 1- DELICIOUS FOOD ( ordered this platter for two people, it is advised to go for it if you’re 3 or 4, everything about it was perfectly done and extremely flavorful! It had sausages, potatoes, beef, chicken, veggies and shrimps) It is by far the best platter I’ve ever ordered in Amman regarding presentation and taste. 2- Friendliest staff 3- Great vibes 4- Good price when compared to other pubs in Abdoun!

It was my first time to visit, try the food and drinks, and mingle with my friends. Nice ambience, cozy and spacious. Team is very friendly, helpful and professional especially Mahmoud. The layout and decoration as well cool and cozy.

A really comfy pub with great vibes, service and food. The have opened a terrace in the front area which made it more appealing to people during summer. Prices are not high comparing to other pubs in Amman.

Nice place for a quick bite or lunch. Generous selection of appetizers, we enjoyed ourselves. The Thai shrimp was superb. Good spot for Americans not ready to venture out yet.

Visited Snug a day before my wedding day and it was a good choice with a big selection of food on the menu, to meet everyone's needs. The quality and the flavors are amazing at this place I highly recommend it!

Location is good. Staffs took time to provided the menu at first. Food was delicious but if you wanna order mixed grill is only available for 1 plate for 4 person. ( option for 2 is only available for seafood platter ) variety of beverage choices. Beer and cocktails are nice.

This is a cute little place tucked away down an alley, so you need to look out for the sign. The food and service were good.

I usually go there during happy hour for lunch, so it’s not crowded. The food is pretty good, I liked the Thai Beef salad, although the noodles were a bit dull, the beef was delicious. Their other salad I like is the Chef Salad-but it’s not your typical Chef Salad-this one comes with quinoa, pomegranate and walnuts. The hot appetizers are also quite tasty. I don’t like going there when it’s crowded because there are a lot of smokers and the law prohibiting smoking in indoor places has not been implemented in this venue, unfortunately. Hence the 4 stars.

Stop by there the other day, probably one of the better spots in Amman, the menu has a decent selection with reasonable prices, the bar is nicely setup and the staff was super we couldn't keep an empty glass on the table.. plus they have both an inside and outdoor area but get there early as the outside seating is currently limited due to the current situation.. Overall highly recommend..

Nice couzy and casual place to hang out with friends. Atmosphere is nice and has an Irish pub look and feel to it. My main issue was service as it was slow and it reach to a level where we ordered same order twice and it didn't even come.

As soon as we got in the SNUG we felt welcome. Staff is very friendly. Food is good and the ambiance is great. The happy hour makes the entiere experience even better. We will be back for sure.

Place is nice and food is delicious, we ate hamburger, house salad and grilled chicken. A bit pricey but recommended. It’s good for sharing food and drinks. Staff are friendly and helpful.

As its name suggests, it is a pretty snug pub. The food lives up to its reputation, and so do the friendly staff. Good location and reasonable pricing for a pub in Abdoun. Looking forward to visiting again.

A bit too abdounish, but if you like that vibe then good for you. Drinks are not that aspiring nor tasty. If the drink and food menu improved, then it would complement the nice vibe the place has.

The cost is too high. The quality of the food was extremely poor. I didn't anticipate eating such terrible schnitzel, especially considering the other countries I have visited.

A nice pub. Some good vegetarian options. The staff will adapt some dishes to make them vegetarian if you ask. We always have a warm welcome here.

Lively and bustling venue. Good menu, extensive options. Food and drink delivered quickly to the table, even though we were part of a big group.

Your basic pub in Amman, might be hard to find a seat on some days, staff are fast and responsive, service was very good, drinks were a bit over priced about 6 jod for a shot, beer was good, food is regular, seating is comfortable, might be hard to enter on a wheelchair, might be hard to find a parking space if you don't want to pay for vallet. They use the couples only, groups only policy when busy, call before you go if you are a man going alone or with other men.

Lovely neighborhood place. If you want to feel relaxed at home in a wonderful, peaceful setting, this is your place. Exceptional service, good food and high vibrations. Highly recommend. Shout out to our waiter Rami and Qusai who welcomed us with warmness at the door.

The food is okay and most of it are really good. My only point of view is how bad their attitude is specially the manager. He literally kept asking us to leave because we were in special hour period and after 8 pm he kept asking us to leave!!
