The place is nice and cozy. Good for meeting up with friends, reading books, or working in your laptop. Staff: in general are good and friendly. However some are bold which makes you feel you are not welcomed. Drinks are where they shine. I usually have hot drinks, either capaccino of flat white. Not even a single time that I was disappointed. The quality is the same since I tried it first time over three years ago until now. Seats are comfy and you don't get tired from setting for a lengthy time. Especially if you have to wotk in your laptop for extended period of time. However, the wall power plugs are not much. You will be limited to choose among certain seats if you need to charge your computer. Prices: prices are as expected from a decent international chain. After all, you get what you paid for. Overall, keep up what you are doing, and focused more in the communication skills of the team.

Despite Costa being my favorite coffee shop worldwide, it doesn’t hold to the standards here in Amman 1) mission impossible to find a parking space 2) working hours posted on Google Maps are wrong 3) very friendly staff. 4) the regular latte is far from meeting Costa’s standard taste 5) Pistachio Latte is horrible by all means

A Cozy place for a gathering, costa has ever been a trade of excellent coffee and soft drinks I couldn't align with the outside steel chairs because I believe they need rubber sticks All in all, place was relaxing and lovely

Best cafe for studying/individual working in Amman, great staff, very friendly, clean bathrooms and tables. 10/7/2023: i have a little complain about this coffee house, i always go there to study or work on my laptop, and there has been an issue with the internet since the beginning of my visits, why do i need to ask the staff to restart the routers or whatever to work in peace? i hope they see this note and work on it since this is my favorite place to work.

Friendly staff, good drinks and a wide variety of choices. The outdoors seating area is nice. Parking is a nightmare though.

It seems like Costa is rather lucky with their personal. I met yet another impressive young man behind the counter at Prince Rashid st. who served me ,not just coffee but a dose of positive energy as well

Ordered ice latte, milk tasted old, and it had a negative effect. Will no longer trust quality assurance there.

It is a nice place to work in or to spend time with friends, the atmosphere is awesome, and the customer service is amazing , special thanks to Ahmed Shehata who gets out of his way to help , it took him time and effort to explain to me the difference between all kinds of coffee that they serve and he understood what kind of coffee I need, I really enjoyed it ❤️

I love the place but the staff is rude. A beggar tried to come into the cafe to sell things to people, the staff wouldn't let her in and they kept pushing her outside. It was very rude and upsetting to witness, everyone has the right to be treated as a human being. I won't be coming back to this branch.

Good choice for a coffee and small bites with friends. The outdoor area can be a bit noisy with cars especially early evenings.

Very nice seething indoor, outdoor chairs are so uncomfortable and of a cheap quality, including outside tables. Self service, only two people were serving, hence it get slow at times.

It happens that I placed an order and wanted to pay, and then the cashier said you can pay later. Then he came after a while while I am busy on my computer and asked me pay. I told him I will pay on my way when I leave..but unfortunately he insisted I must pay now! Very insane 😳 and irrespective behavior

Excellent coffee and staff in this branch, I'm a regular customer and always go in whenever I pass by. A bit pricey but you get your drink requested and in cozy indoor atmosphere. The outdoor seating area needs a bit of work especially the noisy chairs as most people drag them rather than pick them up and cause an awful lot of noise.
