Nice experience... i noticed that the coffee taste in cappuccino is little stronger than Starbucks standards.. Also the service can improve... Cleaning and customer service... Picture show sample of low service.

Unpleasant experience: The restroom cleanliness was subpar, accompanied by an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the floor appeared unclean, and there was an insect near the croissant. The air conditioning seemed to be malfunctioning, and unfortunately, my order didn't meet my expectations. As a frequent Starbucks customer, I've always enjoyed consistent service, but this particular branch fell short and provided a disappointing visit.

Ordered two drinks to go, both of them were wrong. Vanilla ice shaken with sugar free vanilla syrup, my drink was without vanilla syrup at all.. The toilet was flooded with water, smelled so bad and was disgusting.

Today 21 of April 2022 and at 15.10 I went with my boyfriend to have some coffee and 2 snacks as it was our first time in Amman,Jordan and had a terrible experience ! I ordered two coffees and two snacks and they charged us double price ! The excuse was that the price that we see is without taxes and they charged us 15 dinars !! Don’t go there never again !we also didn’t receive any receipt !They fooled us and they are frauds!and it is a franchise Starbucks but they saw us as tourists ! Shame on you - the worst experience first time in Jordan ! Starbucks is getting embarrassed cooperating with such people!

You should go if you want to study during your breaks because it’s really close to the university, best order is an iced americano with two pumps of white mocha no water.

Yesterday i went to get a iced small american usually its 2.5 jd .. the cashier charged me 2.80 i thought that the price went higher but when i went to receive it i heard the cahsier tells the other employee at the prep to add 2 shots of espresso to my iced coffee i didnt ask for it and i felt like i got robbed. Ps: when i received the coffee it didnt contained the espresso shots. This pattren is continuous at starbuck branches i dont know why !! . I have the bill with me

The taste is disgusting, a dirty place with bad odour and the toilet is not clean, I ordered a frappe and more than half of the cup is ice

The service was good with great hospitality especially Mohammad who is an employee there. He is so charming and gentleman with costumers. I really appreciate his attitude. The tases was a bit unpleasant because i felt the late drink i have ordered was Not okay . You should work more on the flavor

I ordered as usual iced caramel macchiato and it was delicious, also I tried for the first time the cheese Croissant and it’s absolutely good, but unfortunately it’s hard to find a place
