Great coffee spot, in fact I went 3 times on my trip to Amman. Service was always friendly, professional and staff were always smiling. Deco, interior and atmosphere is great. Perfect place to chill. Mocha was smooth and tasty, tried the cardimon cake which was nice but a bit dry. Only downside is there are limited options for pastry or snacks, too many cakes instead. Heads up it gets busy at 4pm especially on weekends.

My husband says this is one of the best coffees he has had in his life. And he is a coffee guy. Every time we walked by this place, it was filled with locals and foreigners which is a good sign. The lemonade was perfectly sweetened (as in not too much). If you want good coffee in Amman, head nowhere else but here.

What can I say, Rumi is quintessentially Amman. Probably the best espresso in the city and the liveliest cafe. Amazing friendly staff and amazing snacks too. Definitely worth going once but if you’re like me you’ll probably end up going every day.

Rumi Cafe 😍 Let me just say this is my favorite spot in Jordan. I have been going there every Friday for the past 3 years with two of my bestfriends. What started as a one time outing turned into a weekly ritual. I cannot come to explain how amazing and joyful the vibe of this cafe is. They have a beautiful seating arrangement, you’re always greeted with a smile by my favorite waiter “Waseem” who never fails me when it comes to his awesome coffee. Honestly all staff members are a delight, always smiling, amazing service and the most welcoming energy EVER. Whether its daytime and you wanna enjoy sitting outdoors under the sun (they make it possible to sit outside even in the winter as they are equipped and ready for all seasons) , or its nighttime and you wanna star gaze while listening to old music, from jazz to um kalthoum, they tend to all different tastes. I believe I spoke too much, and believe me I can still say more. I JUST LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. During lockdown, a huge part of me was missing Rumi and its vibes. Everyone there is family. If you’re a local or a tourist, you must drop in and check this place out. Did I mention their coffee is YUMMY! Their cakes are some of the best in house cakes I've ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful, I never felt uncomfortable asking them for anything. What makes Rumi truly shine is the cozy feeling it emits through its incredible design and friendly community. You must take some time and visit this gem.
