I really like this place due to its chill vibes and relaxing atmosphere. The coffee is good and the breakfast options are great. However, the waiting time can be unreasonable sometimes, and the outdoor seating area can become very congested where you can’t hear what others are saying.

Segafredo is the perfect spot for a good morning breakfast. They are consistent and have an excellent selection of drinks from coffees, teas and fresh juices. On any day of the week they are pretty busy but quick to seat you. But you can only order breakfast items, lunch/the rest of the menu doesn’t start until 1 p.m.

Located in um uthainah. The place has small indoor & outdoor seating. We went there for breakfast. We ordered veggie omelette with potato and salad, eggs Benedict wiyh avocado toast, cheese & zaatar maanqouuseh, English tea & orange juice. The veggie omelette with delicious but the sour dough bread that came with it was dry. I would recommend ordering omelette with salad not potatoes. The eggs Benedict was delicious and the manaaqesh was so heavy and oily. I did not like it. The place is fairly small, tables and chairs are packed and pretty close to each other. I would say this place is perfect for coffee.

Segafredo Jordan offers a unique experience with its two distinct settings, and I particularly enjoyed the upscale ambiance of the external session, featuring a luxurious atmosphere and well-lit ceilings. The variety of drinks and coffee options impressed me, catering to diverse tastes. However, the hot chocolate left much to be desired, as its overly thick consistency resembled more of a pudding than a beverage. Exploring the pizza options, including margarita and alfredo, revealed a somewhat average taste—neither exceptional nor disappointing. Unfortunately, the overall food experience fell short of expectations, appearing quite ordinary and lacking a standout flavor profile. Regrettably, the fried shrimp failed to meet the mark, with other establishments offering superior alternatives. In essence, while the external session and beverage choices stood out positively, the culinary offerings, particularly the hot chocolate and certain dishes, left room for improvement, reminiscent of an ordinary cafe rather than a remarkable dining establishment.

An Italian cuisine with a nice food selection. Food taste was very good and dish presentation is fine dining experience. The place has two story indoor dining in addition to covered outdoor seating area with gas stoves to provide heat. Staff are very nice and service was very good. Sweets selection was limited as they stopped the previous sweets menu, so we tried Bomb Éclair was was average. You can go there for only coffee and sweet, as it is originally a caffe place. Prices are average and similar to other same level places. Car parking is a bit challenging but there a car parking lot on the same street before you reach the place right on the left side.

Great experience! Staff is super friendly, always clean, menu is diverse and we'll worth a revist to try something else. suitable for breakfast and lunch with friends or a quick business meeting in the afternoon. very busy at night and can get loud. Hot chocolate is highly recommended. can be pricey, but worth it with big portions and delicious food.

It's my first time coming here and it can't be the last! I went there for breakfast. The ambience was really lovely and the food and coffee were delicious. The service was good too, but our order came in a little late; I think it was because there were so many customers who got there before us. You can check out their menu by scanning the QR code and it can be downloaded. There is no parking available, but you can park anywhere nearby.

This place is located in a prime location in an active area in Amman and has an attractive and welcoming outdoor seating area. On a pleasant summer night you will hardly find a free outdoor table so you will get to follow their queuing system and wait for a while to get a table of your preference. It is unclear if they accept reservations as my call prior to going there was unanswered. The service was quick and the dishes tasted good. The tables are conveniently spaced so that you still feel privacy while in the outdoor seating area. It looked like they have valet service but there are plenty of free parking spots within a few minutes walk around the location. Expect to pay around 10 USD per person for a light snack.

3.5 out of 5. Good food, good service and nice atmosphere, would give them 4 stars but I find it weird to not modify the order upon customer request. however, they need to take better care about the cleanness of the tables.

The service is outstanding in this place, the waiters and the staff are helpful and attentive without being overbearing which is a rare feat in Amman... The food was a little bit lacking in taste, the fact that we got it a bit cold was disappointing but we didn't make a big deal about it.

Love their coffee, but the food menu wins very delicious food, everything tastes so good. They need to work on the sandwiches and the portion of the omelets.

Very cozy restaurant, the menu is diverse and the food is perfect. The melted chocolate is perfectly delicious. The potato balls are highly recommended. The avocado toast with the poached eggs are a must! The staff is very friendly. I would go to this place over and over just to discover its amazing menu

Visit 1: Been wanting to try their breakfast for a while now. Indoor seating area isn’t comfortable, food takes a long time to be served, their fresh orange juice is sweet and tasted really good but had so many seeds in it which made it hard to drink. Eggs were perfectly cooked and delicious, and their portions make you full and satisfied. (3/5) Visit 2: Sat in the outdoor bubble, it was crowded but still nice. Food still took a while to get served but it was delicious. (5/5) Overall rating (both visits) 4/5

We ordered medium done poached eggs. They brought me well done. I asked for a replacement the staff was rude and they were arguing that I said otherwise . And took forever to get me a replacement. They lost our business. Update: I contacted them as the owner replied. But they never replied to me

This is one of my favorite spots for any time of the day. The ambiance is great all year round, and the service is spectacular even during busy hours. We tried their breakfast today and it did not disappoint, the avocado toast and French toast are highly recommended, and if you’re going around lunch time definitely order the shawarma pizza, it never misses. Overall a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend it enough. Also a special thank you to our waiter Mohammad who was very nice and accommodating.

The coffee we had was really good. I have to point out we did have a bad experience with getting a table & the service was extremely slow, the waiter wasn’t friendly at all !!! Will definitely not go again but the good food made up for waiting 40 minutes after seated!

I tried the Halloumi Salad with chicken, it was very good, but not extraordinary. The chicken was a little bit dry as well. The service is kind of slow as well

We ordered spinach omelette, it was really good, the potatoes cubes were really yummy, spices were just right, bread was fresh The french toast was fluffy and just right❤️ the jam was on point with the berries Atmosphere is really cozy and place was warm (winter) My only problem was the bathroom arrangement , a bit uncomfortable Staff is really friendly and nice Pay visa or cash Recommend

The food was really good. The service is a bit slow. The staff is friendly. Tabbouleh was good but the ginger taste is very dominant which I didn't like at all. Tabbouleh shouldn't have ginger 😕 Fettuccine was delicious. Prices are ok

It was my first time tasting "Misto Chocolate" chocolate was there in Segafredo with a tasty cup of coffee... I advise you trying it ... Small package from " Misto Chocolate " A cup of coffee from " Segafredo " And book a table with a good view ... Now ... It's time to relax and enjoy 😋

The place looks nice but the service and food is honestly horrible. We ordered a pasta and when it came out it looked like porridge and there was no actual pasta inside, on top of that the taste was awful. when i asked for an exchange or a refund for it they denied it saying they already cooked it and if we wanted another pasta we would need to pay for a new one. I do recommend this place too pricey for awful service and food.

In general, the atmosphere was amazing and this place is highly recommended in my opinion BUT we ordered chocolate ice cream (affogato chocolate) but the amount was so tiny and served in a plastic cup which was not suitable for such a cafeteria

I have only been to this place once in the evening. The way I see it they had three separate zones/areas. inside th building is the first area where the kitchen is, and I am assuming the bathroom, I did not go inside. had second area is a structure outside that's is covered and is smoking friendly (not my thing) it has glass all around and looks nice. Since I don't smoke; I sat outside between both the building and the glass structure. Everything looked clean and well maintained. I got the beef fillet and I was excellent, very tasty. We also got the latte with hazelnut and it was really good better than Starbucks or any other coffee shops. The staff were friendly and smiling. It is not cheap but not the most expensive either. I will be back.

Breakfast was a terrible experience, Omelettes were cold and the bread underneath was soggy in places and incredibly chewy in others. Scrambled eggs were also cold and too moist. Service was very slow and waiters were rude. I’d heard good reviews about Segafredo before but it was a huge disappointment.

Mixed experience here today. Customer service, welcoming, timing of service was great! Really cheerful staff so that’s nice to see. Breakfast items ordered was good but underwhelming in comparison to other breakfast spots with the same price point. We ordered the croissant scrambled egg where the mushrooms were oily and not caramelised. French toast felt the bread was not fresh, missed the fluffiness expected. Cheese manqoosheh had nice flavour but salty cheese. Coffee is great! Still a nice spot to come to. If you want to avoid smoke and crowds make sure to be done around 10am on the weekend. Outside terrace though nice it is a closed space and smoking is allowed, so heads up.

Nice place, good service They have a nice outdoor seated, good coffee choices, recommended for breakfast I didn't try it for lunch, but the menu has a nice collection. The prices are reasonable. Nice place for work. Highly recommend
