Drinks were overly sweet and the bathrooms were not clean at all. Very disappointed.

Located in dabouq. I usually go there to have my work meetings. This branch in the morning is quiet, not a lot of people go there in the morning so it’s the ideal branch to study / work there. In the evening, it’s usually crowded and the outdoor area is full. I tried their latte, not bad, 6/10. Their prices are expensive. Bathrooms available.

When I’m craving an ice blended drink, I love coming here and getting either the ice blended chai latte or the white mocha

Do not go to this place, I have been there for a long time but now there are silly rules for parking, this is a coffee house, not a five-star hotel !!!!!!!!!!!

It's a coffee shop with some deserts. Not cheep. Stuff are good. Location is good. Does have outdoor seating. Seats and chairs are regular not comfortable not bad. Fast service. Staff are nice.

I really love this place. I used to go there for years to get the same order. I went yesterday there and when i was chatting with my friend, suddenly, out of nowhere, a child with dirty clothes that didn’t seem from anyone of the people in the cafe, came and said that i should play with him, and if i lost, i would give him MONEY! i tried to avoid him. Then a second child came and said the same thing. I think they were twins. Those two children literally kept going back to us to play with us. , and get money. They were like bandits! They were just annoying. And on top of that, everything happened in-front of the staffs and they did absolutely NOTHING about it. Little that i knew that they were like a children cycle getting money from everyone to go and buy things of their wants, especially from such a nice place! I am never going there again!!!

Good place to get work done/study especially in the morning and afternoon, gets a bit busy at night. Non-smoking area inside, no music which is great. No specific prayer area, but you can pray in the building next to the cafe. Loved the blended matcha and chai spice latte, so good! A bit pricey though. Staff are very nice and helpful. Drinks served in plastic/paper cups but you can ask to fill your own reusable cup :)

Good coffee.. friendly staff.. but the outside seating area was not clean at all.. there was a spilled beverage on the floor next to my table.. and cans and trash everywhere.. and only one trash can which was a bit hard to find.. and to make things worse, you have to pay to park your own car in the street next to the coffee shop even though we were dining in..

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service I recently received from your Vale Service. On 25th OCT, he was so rude asking in a very unpleasant way if i am gonna stay at the cafe or order to go. I asked the employee inside the coffee house if you have any authority to the Vale service but he had no idea about it.

Rude baristas the drinks have too much ice no variety, no internet, bathrooms are dirty and the service sucks

Unfortunately i have been going to this branch for years, but yesterday i have the most unpleasant unprofessional experience at any cafe ever! First of all i asked for a small chai tea latte and he said we are out of small cups only medium and large!! When i argued with him he said oh let me check then he said oh u must be lucky we found the last small cup!!! What a cheap way to push costumers to get bigger cups, and it was freezing and when asked to turn the heater on the cashier said we are out of gas then surprisingly he turned it on and it worked perfectly!! He lied twice and I’m sure its not him its his greedy boss who only think about money!! It would be definitely my last visit

love their coffee , Favorite in Amman . Especially the Hazelnut latte . Medium size cost about 3.5 jds . Wish they would improve the interior design , a bit outdated in comparison to the coffee shops in Amman . seats are solid , not the most comfortable choice for long hours of work\study . but again FAVORITE COFFEE , BEST TASTE .

The coffee is really good. Any iced coffee flavour with crushed ice tastes perfect there! Plus, the staff are nice and friendly there.
