The seating and chairs are the best in thw whole mall. Also bright and very uplifting

On 28/07/2019 15:30 pm I came to Caffe Vergnano because I like this caffe, but the man (cashier) who took my orders was very bad and he is very tuff and angry for no reason, he supposes not to meat the guests and take their orders, I decided every time I come here and find him I'll choose another caffe in the mall.

I rated 2 stars due to not stopping customers from smoking which was harming non smokers. I reported it to the cafe supervisor but he said he could not stop them. I reported it to the mall security supervisor but he did nothing. This was on Wednesday 13th Feb.2019 between 17.43 to 19.15 then I left..

I ordered American coffee in a takeaway cup with milk I was shocked for the amount of coffee which was little higher than half of the cup..and it was bcz of the milk that I asked them to serve me with..3 times my order was changed after half an a hour of waiting?? And it’s not a rush hour at all!! The guy who served was so nice but unfortunately the rating even should be lower ..

Coffee and ice cream are pretty good.

I ordered brownies at their coffee shop, and I asked them to heat it for me. They didn’t serve it hot! Actually it was too cold and not fresh. I asked them again to heat it for me and they refused rudely! What a coffee shop!!! I don’t recommend it to anyone due to their impoliteness!!!

A nice place, Their American is so delicious 😋, but it's a little noisy during rush hour

I tried a warm cafe latte with double shot espresso from Vergnano - Mecca Mall branch. The coffee tasted bold and it wasn't that much acidic which I really liked. My sister tried their American coffee - she said it was good but she did try coffee some other places and found it better. Will try their ice-cream and desserts section next time.

Very bad deserts and very rude staffs

Although this caffee are one of my favourite in Jordan due to the high quality of food and coffee of various types and origins. high standards of service, modern plumbs and cool premises; the level of staff services and performance varries a lot from time to time, I noticed that they have high staff turn over volume but that seems to be justified overall; it is one of the best in irbid if not even in the whole country which makes it very enjoyable and a cool place to spend time with friends and family members, maybe that's why our expectations are high along with our confidence that these guys are up to the challenge and surely will keep their service up to our daily expectations and their food up to the highest standards that are to be .

The coffee is uniquely special.

Very bad service I order coffee and cakes by the time I gave my card the guy was so rude and said something I didn’t understand he gave the other cashier my card so I ask him I don’t like his attitude so I decide to leave and go to another cafe near by.

My favorite coffee, they make it well, tasty cakes, too nourishing so you can take it for two. High prices but it worth it.
