The interior of the place is average, the view is really nice. But, the staff that works there is very unprofessional and really rude. We booked a tabel 2 days prior, in midweek for a large group of people, unfortunately when we got there the staff refused to accommodate us with tables, and gave us 2 separate tables, we politely asked them if we can be seated together & they refused again, keep in mind the restaurant was literally empty with no costumers other than our group, and their only excuse was “We are the warehouse, people book their tables 2 months prior”. At this point we decided to leave this place, I would not recommend it for anyone. They need to work on their behavior towards costumers.

We booked our table two days ahead and received a call on the same day from the place to "confirm" our reservation which we did - our reservation was early (@7 pm) We arrived, noone was at the door, but a guy at the bar welcomed us and told us to sit anywhere as we walked in; given that the place was completely empty (only 1 table had guests). we still mentioned we had reservations A couple of minutes later some other guy comes to our table with the menu and without even asking if we had reservation he just said: "You are not staying long, are you? Because the party starts at 9 and we are fully booked" -this guy looked like he was the owner or someone in charge..we told him that we had reservations then he said once the party starts we will have to change our table or maybe sit at the bar! We felt like leaving the place instantly as he went to double check our reservations..he came back and I ordered classic martini which is, "extremely and very", basic...he started telling me that martini on it own doesn't taste good and they do it in a special way where they just mix it with other things and just a little martini...I told him I know what martini is this is my drink... My husband asked for long Island iced tea and he said he will bring it with coke...it felt like we he didn't want us there!..the drinks came in tasting very bad and had very little anything in them...they were basically lemon juice with a hint of whatever is supposed to be there! Bad service, don't care about what the customer wants and assumes they're gullible!! Over-rated place..a 100 places are better in Amman Felt very bad to bring my husband to this place on his birthday, and regreted not leaving the place on spot!
