My
visit
to
this
restaurant
left
me
disappointed,
as
I
had
expected
it
to
be
similar
to
Brazilian
steak
houses
in
the
states,
but
it
fell
far
short
of
that
expectation.
The
waiters
did
not
do
a
great
job
explaining
the
dining
process,
leaving
me
confused
and
unsure
of
what
to
expect.
Furthermore,
it
took
a
long
time
for
the
meat
to
start
arriving
at
our
table.
We
ended
up
filling
up
on
salads
before
the
meat
even
made
its
appearance.
Unfortunately,
the
salad
bar
was
quite
basic
and
didn't
offer
much
tastety
variety.
The
most
frustrating
part
of
the
experience
was
when
the
waiter
informed
me
that
they
only
had
six
items
available
that
day.
I
requested
to
try
them
all,
only
to
find
out
that
four
of
the
meats
looked
and
tasted
exactly
the
same.
It
seemed
like
the
restaurant
was
trying
to
cut
corners
and
save
money
by
serving
repetitive
meats.
The
only
noticeable
difference
was
the
ribs,
which
stood
out
from
the
rest.
When
I
inquired
about
other
options,
the
waiter
seemed
hesitant
to
answer,
as
if
there
were
unspoken
instructions
from
the
chef
or
owner
to
avoid
serving
anything
beyond
the
basic
selection
unless
specifically
requested.
At
one
point
after
an
hour,
I
asked
about
the
picanha,
and
the
waiter
said
"I
have
that"
Unfortunately,
it
didn't
live
up
to
my
expectations
in
terms
of
taste
and
quality.
Maybe
yhats
why
they
where
trying
not
to
serve
it
As
we
reached
our
fill,
I
decided
to
inquire
with
another
waiter
about
the
availability
of
chicken,
lamb,
or
fish.
Disappointingly,
he
informed
me
that
they
only
served
beef
and
nothing
else.
This
contradicted
the
menu,
which
listed
fish,
shrimp,
and
chicken
as
options.
Apparently,
those
were
considered
special
orders,
but
the
restaurant
was
out
of
everything
except
shrimp.
It
was
perplexing
why
they
would
advertise
these
items
and
then
not
make
an
effort
to
serve
them.
Maybe
because
they
do
not
chanrge
extra
for
them.
Overall,
I
was
deeply
disappointed
by
the
restaurant's
focus
on
cutting
costs
rather
than
providing
a
value-driven
experience
and
treating
customers
with
the
respect
they
deserve.
Considering
the
price
I
paid,
around
$55
per
person,
which
is
comparable
to
the
prices
in
the
states,
the
quality
and
overall
experience
fell
far
below
what
I
would
consider
worth
the
value.
