Alas it's closed I hope it opens again It was a great resort

I had a lovely experience, maybe because it was a Saturday. Restrooms clean, the water was nice, filtered and a little bit heated. Life guards never left their posts. Staff helpful. I only tried the women’s area. But I saw there was a designated area for families. The food was so-so, nothing fancy but not bad. The drinks (water and soft drink were not included in the day pass lunch. And prices are crazy.) it was not crowded for a Saturday.

I tried the outdoor facilities only. The pools in general aren't heated. So if the sun doesn't warm them up they are called. They have a separated zone for ladies to give them privacy. The entrance was nicely designed. Too many stairs though, might have an elevator but I didn't see it. They have some water playing activities. It is a good place to go for family and kids in moderate weather in Jordan. But in comparison to outside world, it is not a resort to travel to. The landscape is ok. There are facilities linked to the pools of course toilets showers, they are moderate in quality. There are no lockers and no changing rooms. An internal pool with sauna and jacuzzi was available, they told me you have to pay extra fees to access them. In general it's more pay for less quality, but in Jordan you don't have much of alternatives.

Lagoon Hotel & Resort is Lower than one star ..... I spent 2 days and one night and it was horrible... They blocked me from there main page because I wrote this and because I asked for a refund..... I can't explain more how disgusting this place is.... 1.The extra lunch food is presented during dinner time. 2.The price of a seven up can is 2 JOD!! 3. The the of water is 2 .06 JOD! 4.Swimming pools are not clean and they are full of chlorine that made my eyes read and full of tears till midnight. 5. Rooms are dusty. 6.I woke up and found a cockroach between my clothes..... I am wondering where it was while we were sleeping..... Besides, if the rooms are full of insects .... what about the kitchen? Is this a safe place? I am sure that this message will be blocked just like what they did to my friend who went there 2 months ago and had a bad experience.

Reviewed February 3, 2017 The hotel is far from the city and services, the staff are very rude, the rooms are small, the furniture is bad, the conditions are noisy, each room has multiple items not working properly, the food isn't that good, the water in the swimming pools was very cold and they refused to heat it. On the other hand the view is nice especially in the top floor, the swimming pools and the slides are not bad. The only thing that is good in this hotel is the swimming area for veiled women (mohagabat), other than that I do not recommend it at all.

Employees' attitude was alright but could be improved greatly. Poolside looks good and the water is warm which I liked. Food was mediocre with little variety and drinks were NOT included and were 2.10 JOD for a 250 ml can.... absolutely ridiculous. All in all the only with that I actually enjoyed was the pool.

nice but for a day only. i tried spending a night there but it was bad experience. furniture is very old and not clean. no facilities available in the room not even a water heater which is strange for 5 stars hotels!! level of overall cleanliness is low. Food is average and below. value for money is low but since resort is unique in availing separate ladies pool there is no other option for families..they take advantage of this unfortunately. Building and amenities are great but under bad management. try it but don't spend a night there.

Great resort .. It features swimming pools, water games for children and adults, and women's private swimming pools. It has a nice and clean restaurant but needs more staff. Fantastic views at sunset.

Good as three stars hotel. Not organized, flys are everywhere... Food quality is very low. Furniture is over used. Good for family trip, one day to enjoy water facilities...

Good to have one night there .. swimming so nice in the pool .. family place .. food good but not excellent .. have night parties only on weekend Thu-Fri Mainitenace is bad u need to call 100 times to fix one thing for u or talk to the manager directly ..receptionist were good but one lady was awful at the phone as she refused to send someone to fix the tv and a plumber .. water is allowed to be taken and food also .. but u r not allowed to take coffee or tea which they sell it very high price about 5× more than supermarket .. Service not really good..but service men very polite.. At the end I 'll go back there as overall spending nice family time ..

1) They must work better in their housekeeping, the rooms are not so clean when you check in, bathroom still not well-cleaned, other hotels have cleaner rooms. 2) it is nice to see a bottle of water when you check in, it will not cost them anything! Many hotels provide complimentary things when you check in including several water bottles without the need to buy from them everything! The place is nice, family friendly, has good pools and kids pool.

Amazing for families, there is no other resort better than this in the dead sea. Has no view at all to the sea as it requires 10-15 minutes by car to reach the sea from there. Nice big pool with plenty of chairs. Convenient cafeteria next to the pool also has 3 water slides, dedicated pool for ladies only with very nice message relaxing treatment. Strongly recommended for families (not for couples at all).

Nice place, friendly people, good food. But you can get bored quickly. They should renew existing games and introduce new ones. I visited it 3 times, the first time was great, the second time was good, and the third time was just boring.

Nice in general, good slides good food, not as a 5 stars but it's good
