Before
I
admitted
my
dad
I
checked
the
hospital
out
and
I
was
proud
to
see
such
a
great
facility
built
and
equipped
with
best
and
latest
equipment,
with
departments
and
rooms
at
high
standards.
However
we
came
to
experience
that
the
medical
care
was
not.
This
hospital
came
highly
recommended,
even
though
one
of
the
surgeons
when
we
met
him
did
not
praise
the
nursing
staff,
we
still
went
there
as
we
heard
positive
review
from
peers
in
the
medical
field
and
patients
of
the
hospital.
To
our
surprise,
the
nursing
team
was
over
and
above
in
their
care
for
the
patients,
it’s
the
doctors
that
disappointed
us.
Till
this
day
we
do
not
know
who
was
my
dads
main
doctor!
We
had
doctors
bounce
him
from
one
to
the
other,
making
assumptions
about
us
and
show
little
interest
in
his
history..
we
were
left
feeling
unwelcomed
which
didn’t
matter
to
us
as
much
it
mattered
to
how
we
felt
they
care
about
my
dads
condition.
Note:
above
does
not
apply
on
a
couple
of
doctors
and
administrators
whom
they
treated
us
with
kindness
and
treated
my
dad
as
their
own..
out
of
respect
to
them
I
refrained
from
mentioning
the
names
of
the
doctors
who
showed
the
lack
of
humanity
and
professionalism.
