Dont recommend this hospital and dont come here. Do not get tricked by the international credentials of their physicians. They bring those physician ( each stay for few months and leave somewhere) to bring patients and actually they dont care about the patient or thier flow up. Those physician know this is not thier permanent place. This hospital, of course like any other private one, looking to suck your blood. However, this specific one go way beyond the norm. On the top of that their doctor dont care about the patient once you pay them. We had a surgery with DR. AYMAN NAZIR OBEID who once received the money, he starts to not respond. After the surgery he prescribed a medicine thats not available in all pharmacies, including the hospital’s one and when we saw him and informed him about that, he like” whatever”. He seems working with the Hospital to keep u as long as possible, and of course each extra day come with extra fee. We did not feel that our patient had any medical reason to stay in the hospital but we went with that route because we did not want to go against the medical advice( we did not want to blame ourself for anything, you know). In sum, it eas bad experience, definitely does not worth the money especially with careless physicians. IF CARE ABOUT YOUR PATIENT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Patient needs care and good treatment not only good rooms. The staff is rude and they did not attend patients on time , I went there in emergency they didn't check me properly and send me back home by giving next day ultrasound appointment I paid there to get appointment, it was 9 Am appointment time and they did it at 1:30 and told me u have ectopic pregnancy and u need to get surgery quickly then I went to doctor serap she took almost 4 hrs to decide she is doing surgery or not she wasted my time and put my life into danger anyhow she did my surgery very rude gynecologist I must say ,not recommended...I thought they will give me good attention because they charge aloot but they didn't do it with anyone

One of the Best private medical hospital in Iraq , everything is perfect , almost all of the team can speak English so no need to speak Kurdish :) , to be honest with you it's expensive .

Good service, nice place, clear, good doctors, but all prices are expensive.

Very expensive private sector hospital. There is a lot of show off in this hospital, they don't treat people in a good manner. What they need to understand is that how to treat people with dignity and respect. People pay too much money here in this private hospital and of course do deserve to be treated respectfully and with dignity.

Friendly staff and chill environment!! But i'd have to admit that it's too overrated and expensive which I get, after all it's a private hospital but still... Tbh there's much difference with the service as the public ones but they do their jobs right on time so if you're urgent give it a shot, perhaps...

Wow what can i say? I was admitted to the emergency as something had bit me and my finger was swollen and badly infected. Straight away i could see it was spotless clean and they had everything they needed. The process entering the hospital with reception was straight forward and very professional. I was asked to wait and with 5 minutes a very nice GP came to see me then called for the Orthopedic Surgeon who came very quickly. I won't go into details but they treated me very well and looked after me so professionally. Checking out and payment was also very easy and straight forward. Big thanks to Dr Aras Othman for treating me. What a funny charming man.

one of the best if not the best, they have a great staff great doctors and nurses great everything, but just wanted to mention that they are really pricey, compared to the other hospitals they are 10 times more expensive

I had a great experience at this hospital. The staff were professional, compassionate and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The facilities were clean and modern. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care.

Super expensive, compared with other hospitals. As we observed some of the staff were talking about confidential info of other patients openly! Some of the staff have problems in putting simple cannula. Our patient suffered alot. Until one of the doctors intervene and solve the problem in seconds. The picture is the result of trying to putt cannula at the third time

High quality service especially in general surgery department,dr sherco and dr kurdo

Despite highly cooperative physicians in other branches We found that the oncologist is not cooperative as he refuse to do proper patient education to the patient family And this is totally un acceptable especially for cancer patients

Amazing service and treatment! My root canal done magically by Dr Aras yesterday, he did a fantastic job with a great informative communication. I haven’t had such a service even in the UK in the past 22 years. Very modest price compare to the rest of the world. Once again, thank you Dr Aras.

I had a meeting at the aesthetic/plastic surgery section, and basically if you have a meeting at 1pm you will meet your doctor at 5pm…… today I had a meeting but I saw my doctor at 7pm!!!!! Like their time management sucks!! They don’t know how to manage their time like you don’t have to accept 60 patients a day, you can accept only 20 patient a day so you can manage your time better, thanks

Nothing special about this hospital. The system is worse thank the public hospital. Just like buying a kia in Mercedes-Benz. Showroom high price for a low service
