Only
worth
visiting
with
female
company
or
knowing
the
staff
there,
otherwise
they
will
always
offer
you
the
table
at
the
end,
next
to
the
screen
because
all
other
"tables"
have
been
reserved.
I've
been
to
that
place
4
times
in
total,
and
the
last
time
was
also
my
last
visit
there.
The
weather
was
a
little
chill
that
night,
so
the
first
thing
we
asked
for
were
blankets
(note:
more
than
half
of
the
tables
were
empty
at
that
time).
After
70
minutes
and
4
times
asking
for
a
blanket,
the
answer
was
always
the
same
"currently,
there
are
no
blankets
available,
but
as
soon
customers
leave,
we
will
get
you
one".
In
the
meantime,
people
who
arrived
after
us,
received
blankets,
so
it
was
obvious
that
this
place
doesn't
work
in
a
first
come,
first
served
manner.
It's
all
about
who
you
know
there.
After
4
times
asking
for
a
blanket,
we
asked
them
to
take
our
hookah
inside
cuz
it
was
too
cold
outside.
I
assumed
it
was
a
reasonable
request
since
they
didn't
have
enough
blankets
for
half
of
the
tables
available.
I
was
wrong.
The
inside
of
vogue
lounge
was
closed,
so
we
were
not
allowed
to
sit
there.
Five
minutes
later,
we
decided
to
leave
but
no
waiter
was
in
sight
to
bring
us
the
bill.
10
minutes
later,
we
went
to
get
the
bill
ourselves.
The
manager
of
this
place
needs
to
reevaluate
how
work
is
being
done
there.
