I
came
to
this
restaurant
with
a
group.
One
of
the
things
that
stood
out
initially
was
that
the
group
reserved
space
in
advance
for
fifteen
people.
Upon
arrival,
the
restaurant
staff
did
not
have
our
tables
set
up
and
made
us
wait
a
little
over
30
minutes.
When
we
finally
were
seated,
drinks
were
ordered,
and
our
server
was
nice
and
kept
us
up
to
date
on
when
our
orders
were
coming.
The
food
was
great,
though
I'm
guessing
the
Rattlesnake
bites
are
really
good
since
I
was
told
they
were
all
out
of
them.
Maybe
next
time
I'll
try
them.
I
ordered
the
Cactus
Blossom,
which
is
fried
onions
with
a
zesty
sauce.
My
only
complaint
about
this
dish
was
that
there
was
a
lot
of
oil
pooled
in
the
bowl.
I
had
to
use
some
napkins
to
absorb
some
of
the
oil
before
eating
them.
Other
than
that,
the
salad
was
great.
One
thing
to
keep
in
mind
is
that
if
you
plan
on
coming
here
with
a
group
and
splitting
the
bill,
wait
until
the
server
has
had
a
chance
to
split
it.
If
you
pay
in
advance,
it
messes
the
payment
system
up
and
prevents
the
server
from
splitting
the
bill
accurately.
The
manager
for
this
location
is
very
nice,
professional,
and
accommodating.
She
had
a
very
hectic
and
busy
evening
with
a
packed
restaurant,
so
my
thanks
to
her
for
helping
my
group
get
things
situated.
