I have been with Creekpointe for almost 2 years now. Management is amazing. Galene the property manager is amazing. Her office is always open and is always there for assistance. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to move and live in a good community. 5 stars all the way.

I'm only giving this community two stars because for the first two years I was here I did not have any problems and I loved living here. I was here for 3 1/2 years and the last year 1/2 has been absolutely miserable. From the extremely rude previous office staff to the current non-communicative office staff, little to no things have ever been resolved. When this new company bought the property, things went downhill fast. I didn't even have anyone reach out to me about renewing my lease and no one returned my calls/ emails about it until I went to the office demanding a packet to fill out to ensure I wouldn't get evicted. Since then it's been one problem after another to include an ant infestation that was never resolved no matter how many times I requested someone to come spray. I currently have a neighbor with a serious mold issue from a leak that has not been resolved after 2 weeks. With how this community is now, I would not recommend anyone living here.

I just wanted to share some positive feedback that I encountered with the front office staff. A big thank you to Candace and Holly for providing outstanding and impeccable customer satisfaction. I needed a document that was time sensitive and couldn't wait. These wonderful ladies made sure I had what I needed quickly and efficiently. I went to apply for an apartment! And the front desk ladies holly and ms. Candice was super helpful and just as nice as they can be! I felt welcomed and thats important for a place you plan to move into!! Thank you ladies and Thank you Creekpointe for making my application experience fast and easy!!

The current management get 5 stars! My Husband and I have lived in Creekpointe for many years and this is the third management company to own the complex. They have been attentive in assisting in fixing issues previous management has not. Assistant Manager, Christian Krawczyk, is a HUGE asset to our complex and we greatly appreciate all he continues to do for us as residents and the complex specifically.

Creekpointe is a fantastic community! I’ve been living here for 2+ years and intend to stay longer. Galene the Property Manager is phenomenal! And the maintenance staff is excellent! It’s safe, quite, clean and a great place for families.

AMAZING front desk lady. I can't stress how much extra effort she put in to help us. They jumped through and explained so many things to us. We finally got approved and we are very excited for this new opportunity. We appreciate everything.

My interaction with the ladies at the front desk was very pleasant.. I called quite a few times and all my questions were answered. Ms Holly is so sweet . Now I’m Just waiting on my app to be approved lol so we can move in .
