Awesome place, Had a great experience with Rodney. Would definitely recommend him to everyone. He made his specialty teas for a surprise Christmas party and our guest loved them. Living in DC they dont believe in sweet tea,, but moving forward Carolina Red Cafe will be getting us straight.

Carolina Red Café is one of my favorite coffee shops! Rodney is always there to meet you with a smile and is very accommodating. Service is quick and the coffee is delicious! There are snacks and usually some homemade goodies if you’re looking for a snack. If you’re looking for a quick gift idea or something new for yourself, he’s got you covered! There are various handmade items ranging from earrings to bath soaps. Definitely worth the try if you’ve never checked it out!

Great coffee, tea, and baked goods - wonderful cozy atmosphere - The owner is very knowledgeable - I didn't exactly know what I wanted but left fully satisfied and my taste buds where very thankful. Kudos for a great space and experience.

I happen to locate this quaint spot by accident and have been a valued, consistent customer weekly, I’m actually running out of items to purchase. The owner/ operator is amazing, witty, professional and courteous each and every time I visit which gives me a pleasant experience every time

I must say that the Peach Tea, Mango Tea as well as the two mixed are simply amazing!!! Yes its safe to say that i can't get enough! Rodney is a beautiful soul with a wonderful sense of humor and the best conversation! This is truly his element. I'm giving the Carolina Red cafe' a thumbs up and 5 stars.

Most relaxed service I ever had as well as their drinks. Very fresh and enjoyable. Definitely would recommend the mango if you are a fan of fresh mango
