They did not get my embroidery order correct and they were not honest about it. Two employees had different stories as to why it was done incorrectly. I was asked by the person who originally took my order (and was responsible for the error) if I would want to put a patch over it (their error). If you use their embroidery service, make sure you write down everything yourself.

The cutest little store. Love the southern styled clothing offered. Has the best embroidery and screen printing team and product is always completed in a timely fashion with the best quality! I definitely recommend.

I love the service at the store, and the people who run it. I don't however like the fact that its taken me over 2months to get 2patches for my little cousins letter jacket. Ended up not having a birthday gift for her and it made me feel terrible
