I was witness to the most unreal disrespect and condescension from management to a staff member asking for time off....to get married. The blonde manager was belittling the young woman for even daring to ask for days off. The manager rhetorically asked the young woman "how it would look if she was allowed ALL of those days off (were talking about a week) and how she'd look "like a staff favorite." Bringing up her commitment to her job, her wage and how she can either "get paid more or have more days off. Not both." Me and my significant other were flabbergasted. The blonde manager with her blue sweater and hair in a bun was power tripping hard. This conversation was not had in the back, but in the dining room, loud enough for everyone to hear; they were seated right next to our table. If this is how they treat their staff in the public eye I can't imagine how they talk to them behind closed doors. My heart goes out to the young woman, I can't imagine being spoken to that way at my job.

I had to place 3 different orders this morning before they actually got my order correct! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and a side of hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were correct but the biscuit wasn't so I ordered another biscuit and it was incorrect too. I called the delivery line and they sent out a replacement and it was finally correct. The bags were sealed and labels correct but the worker bagging food obviously can't put the right food in the correct bag. In total I've been waiting on my order for almost two hours now through no fault of my delivery drivers.

Typical delicious food. The chicken strips were even larger and more plump than usual. The ladies RR had run out of hand towels. I told a teen server talking to some friends while my hands were dripping. She didnt quite get the message so I grabbed some napkins. It was quite busy at the time so hand towels could pass. But employees are typically trained better than this young girl. Not worth marking down this fine restaurant.

This Chick-fil-A is owned and run by one of the most caring and loving and intentional families I have ever met. Their quality food is just an extension of the love and care they have for the employees and customers. The leadership skills exemplified by the managers and team leaders truly show that they are capable of handling many issues and customer needs that are presented throughout the day. I visited this location an hour before close, and I did not feel rushed or forced to order or eat quickly. Even after a busy day, the entire restaurant looked clean and orderly. I was impressed by the table arrangement and the custom-made table in the center. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that really made my day!

This was the best Chik-fil-a I have ever had, everything was fresh and just tasted amazing. The service was quick and the staff were very polite. It has been a long time since I went to a Chik-fil-a and they made me want to go more often... My only complaint is that I was just passing through the area to get back home to Tennessee.

Love coming to chick fil a locations in Hendersonville!!! My only downfall for this watermelon lemonade and sweet tea, is that I'm always on the go and there's only one size.... that doesn't affect the quality or service just a personal preference on wanting more drink... lol so the other day I just had to buy two (*which was over $5....) but it was delicious! Wish it came bigger! Great job y'all, keep it up!!! 💯 thank you for caring about your job and the people coming through.

The Hendersonville Chick-fil-A actually gives you freshly cooked food, whereas other locations seem to hand-out food that has been sitting around. Not only that, every employee there is genuinely nice.

Elizabeth went above and beyond to ensure my wife’s order was dairy free due to our daughter having a dairy allergy. Best experience ever!!!

Fries were a tad to salty. But, quick and easy drive thru with correct orders. The customer service was great. Gave us plenty of chick fil a sauces. We will take it! Good location, too. Not too far off the interstate.

I went through this drive through enroute to TN from SC. This was hands down the best fast food experience I have ever had. Eden took our order in line and had a trainee with her and she is the friendliest Chick Fil A employee I’ve ever encountered. We picked up our food at the window, and the manager Joel was outside the window handing people their orders and is the second friendliest Chick Fil A employee I’ve ever encountered. The sandwich itself was perfectly crispy and warm on the outside, and moist and flavorful on the inside. Chick Fil A has long been my fast food go-to, but this location is on a whole other level. We can’t wait to come back!

Employees were extremely kind, food was prepared to perfection. Highly recommend visiting any day but Sunday.

This location was fast and everything was hot. The only issue we had was that we were charged for an extra kids meal that we didn’t order. We received the meal also, so at least we didn’t pay extra for it and didn’t receive it.

Ordered a 12 piece grilled nugget and only got 9 and 2 are small so 8. This is not the first time this has happened

Gave me my chicken biscuit without cheese I ordered with and then I came back and they just gave me a cold slice of cheese for it most of the food came out cold when we ate it and workers weren’t even paying attention they were more focused on talking to each other

I have never had such a terrible experience. Yesterday my chicken sandwich was raw. Today my order was completely wrong (someone else’s name on the aandwich in bag) and never got a cup of coffee.

I've never been disappointed by a chick-fil-a. Well, that's not true, I wish they sold their ice dream by the gallon! Bring back the large cone!
