Two hours of wasted time. First, a nurse came, asked questions about the condition of the patients, and entered information into the system. Then we waited a long time for the doctor. The doctor did not pay due attention to the health of the patients. She began to ask the same questions as the nurse. That means the doctor didn't bother to look at the nurse's notes about our condition. Examination of patients was carried out extremely superficially. The doctor was in a hurry to leave us as soon as possible. As I later realized, due to the health of my children, they simply mixed up their smear tests. However, we were not provided with any kind of treatment, and we were simply sent home, without prescriptions for the treatment of the disease. The nurse constantly chewed gum, behaved very arrogantly. I do not recommend this place if you want to get qualified help in the treatment of your illness. After visiting this institution, my health and the health of my children only worsened.

Stay away from this place at all costs. The owner/lead doctor is borderline verbally abusive to his patients. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to come here for even as little as a common cold. Genuinely disrespectful and little regard for your health or comfortability. STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL REGRET COMING HERE.

PFT... i could save $100 in copay from srmc. they said please hold....repeat...repeat..etc. yes..your Dr needs to send an order...so i had my Dr send an order... now after 2 hr on/off phone, talking to the wrong location bcause some child just willy nilly answered.. now its a big misunderstANDING... "WE DONT NOT DO THAT TEST" PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK (1 STAR BCAUSE 0 NOT OFFERED)

When having a medical emergency this is the last thing you want to see. UPDATE GOOGLE HOURS TO REFLECT WHEN YOU WILL BE CLOSED. It’s a click of a button.

No one enjoys a medical issue, that said if you have to go through it you could not ask to have a better care team. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive to my husband’s concerns. Megan is an absolute rock star. Despite being a tough day under less than ideal circumstances she made us feel welcome and as calm and comfortable as possible.

They don't treat you like family, that's a big problem, my understanding they don't care so don't go here. I was sent home after a cotton swab and a 30 min room. Results have not came back but yet still had 102 temp and 130/86 pulse as well as body pain. (everything came back negative, and I was getting worse.) But before I discard.. I randomly ask how much is this since I was being put out and now have to drive to another hospital. She said $3,000..i wouldn't be paying that. Thank you but know thank you

I was a part of the Gap Year Program at EmergencyMD. As a gap year student you want to continue getting clinical experience and EmergencyMD offers this. The clinical experience, patient interactions, and mentorship I have gained is unmatched and I can confidently say it has prepared me for a future in medicine. I recommend anyone taking a gap year to consider joining this program.

My husband and I went here to have him seen for acute foot pain and inflammation. They were fast and very good. We saw Felicity Tapp, and I was impressed! She took the time to answer questions and give thorough education and was very clear with instructions and information. As a nurse, I really wish I worked with more NP's like her more often. I definitely recommend this urgent care.

I spoke with the owner on one of my visits. she was super nice and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and was a great taker of my blood.This facility is definitely my go to for my entire family. Their x-rays, MRI and blood work are all done in house. That is so convenient. Also they are super quick everytime I go for visit. I am usually in and out within an hour. These guys also have a very friendly staff who is well trained and knowledgeable in their fields of work.I highly recommend them

This has to be THE worst experience. The place is clearly short staffed. One nurse answered my questions as if it was an inconvenience to her. The front desk girl seem overwhelmed and stressed. The provider was in the room a whole min. to discuss my potential diagnosis. He told me labs will take 24hrs to come back. The provider and his staff told me I’ll get a call the next day. I didn’t hear from them, so I called. In the machine it clearly states my results can’t be provided over the phone. I still left a message, no call back. The machine stated to go online to view results. Went online and surprise, nothing. I just emailed the provider to see if he’ll respond to that. There’s no reason I have to jump through hoops to get my test results and to get a prescription. If you have need medical attention, please do not waste your time/ money in this place. Update: Provider called me back and apologize about the inconvenience. He provided my test results and prescribed me what I needed. I asked for my results to be emailed and he stated he couldn’t do that. He said he could fax or I could go by and pick it up. I opted to pick it up. He said the information will be there for me, once I get there. As soon as I walked in, the front desk had my information and she was really nice. Updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

Drove here to get an xray, after calling and asking if I could make an appointment. I was told no, I just needed to walk in. The place was closed and I had to drive all the way to Pleasantburg Dr to get an xray. It was an awful experience and then they are crooks when it comes to charges and payments. Paid the posted $45 charge for X-rays and went on my way. Then I get bill from them saying I owe another $40.01 for said Xray. I called to tell them this had to have been a mistake since I paid the full self pay price, but they argued and said they don't set their prices, the insurance company does. This provider is a crook, and the little young people they have working for them don't have any clue what they're doing. Go to a real provider and steer clear of these "cheap and easy" places.

Missed diagnosed me & gave me no meds to clear up the infection. Plus gave me cough medicine syrup, which you don't w/ high blood pressure!! Didn't check for covid, but was on my check out sheet!! Went a whole week & didn't get any better. Went to another walk in, AFC Urgent Care in Boiling Springs no comparison!! She looked down my throat & said I had acute sinusitis & bronchitis!! She called in all sorts of meds plus an inhaler!! What a difference when a Dr really cares.. Would recommend AFC any day?! 🌞🌞☀️

Came in due to fever, croup, congestion , aches Waited forever, it seemed, for doctor to come in less than 5 min. Gave a Flu test and Covid but said I wouldn’t be given results for Covid test for 24 hrs. Gave nothing(Rx) and sent home with info on colds. This cost me $200.!!!!!! Went home and took home Covid test. It was a big ole positive. I called back and got answering machine. Believe it or not the message says, If you’re asking about results of your Covid test, “ BUMMER!!!” Really, they actually say” BUMMER!!!” How unprofessional. $200 for absolutely nothing. Should have read the review rating before going there. Waste of time and money. Just sorry place/ service

I wasn’t even seen by them (only took vitals) and they charged my card and now my account is in the negative. I CALLED RHIS MORNING AND THE MANAGER SAID THAT WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO BECAUSE THST WAS APPROVED BY MY INSURANCE. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD JUST FOR TAKING VITALS. THE MANAGER IS NOT HELPFUL AND WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY CLAIMING IT’S NOTHING SHE CAN DO SO PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT SEE THIS OFFICE IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE MONEY BECAUSE YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED.

I went here last week when another urgent care couldn’t do X-rays on my toddler who had fallen off a chair and had pain in his collarbone. It was around lunch time on a Thursday and from the time we walked in the door till we left was less than an hour! My son is special needs and absolutely every single employee who worked with us was beyond excellent with him. He usually has major issues with people touching him but everyone was so patient and kind and he did so well with each step. We will definitely go here again in the future if needed!
