This
has
to
be
THE
worst
experience.
The
place
is
clearly
short
staffed.
One
nurse
answered
my
questions
as
if
it
was
an
inconvenience
to
her.
The
front
desk
girl
seem
overwhelmed
and
stressed.
The
provider
was
in
the
room
a
whole
min.
to
discuss
my
potential
diagnosis.
He
told
me
labs
will
take
24hrs
to
come
back.
The
provider
and
his
staff
told
me
I’ll
get
a
call
the
next
day.
I
didn’t
hear
from
them,
so
I
called.
In
the
machine
it
clearly
states
my
results
can’t
be
provided
over
the
phone.
I
still
left
a
message,
no
call
back.
The
machine
stated
to
go
online
to
view
results.
Went
online
and
surprise,
nothing.
I
just
emailed
the
provider
to
see
if
he’ll
respond
to
that.
There’s
no
reason
I
have
to
jump
through
hoops
to
get
my
test
results
and
to
get
a
prescription.
If
you
have
need
medical
attention,
please
do
not
waste
your
time/
money
in
this
place.
Update:
Provider
called
me
back
and
apologize
about
the
inconvenience.
He
provided
my
test
results
and
prescribed
me
what
I
needed.
I
asked
for
my
results
to
be
emailed
and
he
stated
he
couldn’t
do
that.
He
said
he
could
fax
or
I
could
go
by
and
pick
it
up.
I
opted
to
pick
it
up.
He
said
the
information
will
be
there
for
me,
once
I
get
there.
As
soon
as
I
walked
in,
the
front
desk
had
my
information
and
she
was
really
nice.
Updated
my
