I have to say, every time I visit this restaurant, I leave feeling pretty food. The food is tasty. The portions seen to have gotten smaller since the pandemic, but the value is still there. Maybe it's my imagination. Their menu variety is a stand out. As for food quality, everything is fresh and prepared to order. One stand out is the hospitable attitude of the crew. After several years of patronizing Fresh to Order, I still like it and would recommend it for those looking for a new option.

Spinach salad with the raspberry vinaigrette is incredible. I top it with the salmon. It is absolutely delicious!!

We've been here a few times and always had a good experience. The paninis and salads are top notch. Food is fresh and they use high quality ingredients. Service is good and prices are decent. Highly recommend for a great meal you will feel good about.

Great vegan option. We were so happy to see they had a seperate vegan menu, and this is our favorite QSR place. The blackbean burger has grown and is exceptional, my kid loves the lentil soup and grilled tofu and they just added more vegan soups and have an amazing grilled veggie side and lots of salads. We have probably been there 20x, so the loyalty app gives us money off food. Highly recommend as a top option in East Cobb.

This was my first time eating here. The food was great. Everyone in my party really enjoyed whatever they ordered. The guy at the counter was super nice, and the place was clean.

Had an excellent lunch for my initial visit here. Excellent food and service at reasonable prices. Covered outdoor seating available. We tried the Almond Chicken Skewers and Club Salad.

Market Salad was about 90% lettuce with limited topings and included zero walnuts. The lack of toppings in my salad is why I haven't been here in a couple of years and why I'll continue to go to Salata down the street instead. I'm not paying $15‐16 for a bowl of lettuce.

Two days after Christmas my family and I wanted to go to dinner but no one was really hungry enough for a heavy sit down meal and nor did anyone want to get dressed to go out. Well, I was outnumbered. We opted for a healthier option and ordered pick up Fresh to Order instead. This was my first time ordering from them online. Traditionally, I have always enjoyed eating in the restaurant for which I have never been disappointed. Pick up from this restaurant was top notch. Ordering online from their restaurant was easy and painless. We received a fifteen minute pick up window for the food to be ready. As soon as we arrived, our food was waiting for us with all the extras that were typed out in the special notes. Ingredients were fresh and food presentation was equal to ordering in. We ordered the Cobb Salad with Bacon and Avocado on the side. We also ordered the salad for 4 option which is a winner when feeding multiple people. It’s an economical option and you will have leftovers! Next we ordered the Asian salad with shrimp 🍤. This salad was fresh, crisp and the shrimp had just enough spice to complement this salad. 🥗 All I can say is, this will be our new quick healthy meal go to option. Kudos all around!!

I’ve been coming to this location in Johnson Ferry for several years now. Tony is incredible. Every time I come in he is so polite, helpful, and the food is outstanding. The food is fresh and delicious.

Place was great! Experience was one of a kind. Would take my whole family here every Saturday.

About expensive for lunch. Cost me 14 $ for a panini & carrets. It was good but not that good..

This place was refreshing! The grilled salmon was amazing. I would order the curry on the side next time. Delicious, but the salmon was so good I wanted to enjoy it plain. Pretty impressive! The grilled veggies were underwhelming but my date got the quinoa salad and enjoyed it. I can't wait to go back and try the salmon again - it was so good it only made my craving more intense - I need more! I highly recommend this place. It has a refreshing vibe and layout.

Fresh To Order holds up to its name. It has the best lunch in metro Atlanta. Everything is good on the menu. Their salads, soups, cupcakes… their grilled salmon is my go-to but I just tried their hush puppy salmon today and OMG delicious! For some reason their curbside appeal isn’t strong and their inside dining space is lacking (too dim? worn?) but their food is Very Good. Love that they offer some adult beverages too.

It’s beeen the very best experience for food service of my life .Vanessa has been a wonderful worker and if she’s not here I’m not going,that’s how good her customer service is. Feels right at home. Food is amazing here always my go to spot, keep up the good work team.

Don’t bother asking for Togo silver wear. Not only do they not include it when you order takeout, they are rude when you call to let them know that they dropped the ball. No wonder several fresh2order locations are failing, doing the minimum means I’ll select somewhere else next time. Good thing I am not eating my salad and have plenty of time to leave a review.

The food is great IF you eat there. If you ever order take out or delivery from a courier, THEY WILL ALWAYS screw it up. I truly love the food and want to eat it often. No lie, every single time I order to go or have it delivered the food will be wrong or missing items.

I normally go at night on Monday to go, on Tuesday and Thursday nights dining in. One specific day I ordered in this was a Thursday night and everyone in the front was goofy around throwing food around. Even a cook was involved and this cook never wears his hat which is a violation within the company while everyone is. So, I am watching them and my food was taking long to get to me. Mind you everytime I order my samlon plate there is never no corn. Which if they was not goofy around they would notice what was missing. And I watch people come back in because things were missing. I did come a day where there was a beautiful lady with curly hair very nice all my food was perfect and she put that corn on my salmon. Also notice the store is much cleaner, she was there cleaning the walls, the bathrooms, and the drinking station. She was all over the place. She must be a manger. Finally someone running the store right. When I go the next time I will ask her when she is there because she always gets it right and she is a new look for the store. Good luck with that night shift crew.

Had such a pleasant lunch here with my sister and all the kiddos! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious! I felt good about eating such fresh tasting, healthy food and the fact that my kids loved it too. The almond chicken skewers were the bomb! This is a great spot for a tasty, enjoyable meal; definitely recommend!

Great service, wonderful food! Austin was very helpful. Rating would be much better, but there's no AC. In this heat, it makes it really hard to enjoy the great service and food. Probably won't be returning until this is fixed.

This restaurant location is not very friendly which is why I have not been here before. But it is absolutely worth the effort of finding it. The salad, soup, and Paninis are very delicious, healthy and nutritious. The total cost for a full meal including tip is around $15. Strongly recommend you to try it.

I think this chain is struggling but I am unable to understand why. The food is fast, fabulous and a great selection. The almond chicken skewers are fantastic and I also love the mushroom soup. I've never ordered anything I didn't love. Go eat at one of their locations before we lose them.

This used to be one of favorite places to grab a quick good meal, but the past few visits have been steadily going down hill. The grilled vegetable panini used to be stacked with veggies and had a good balsamic dressing, but today’s order was less than stellar. The salmon hush puppies used to be great, but they’re steadily being over cooked every time. The tomato basil soup was the best thing , and is always consistent. The quality is way less than the price, and that sucks.

We have been eating at Fresh to Order since they opened. Even during Covid we continued to order for pick up. We always order the salmon paninis, with avocado and bacon. The last few times our order has been missing the avocado or the bacon. So, today I went in to place my order and passed on our past experiences. We were in shock when we opened our panni at home and there was no avocado. Sadly, we will not be ordering from them again. I feel like we did everything we could to remedy the issue

This place is super cute! Great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food! I had the almond chicken skewers plate, and it was so fresh and delicious! Highly recommended! Give this place a try!

Love their mushroom soup, but today's was a little watered down. This place is showing wear and felt like it needed a good steam clean. I'd rate it higher if I was doing take out and more richness in that soup (cream?)

I amended my review after someone reached out to me, as I had a single bad experience out of multiple visits over the past couple years, and they rectified the situation. I have never had a company go out of their way to make things right as quickly as Fresh to Order, so in my mind, they have guaranteed you will have a good experience. The food tastes very fresh and is quite good. The food is a more on the healthy side so you don’t have to feel as bad for going out to eat as well. It’s very convenient to come here after you do your shopping at Trader Joe’s across the road.

Really disappointed in my delivery. I used to order from here all the time when I lived nearby-now I moved to Dallas TX and was visiting for a few days and sooo excited to order from here again! I ordered a few of my faves—the almond chicken skewers and a side of the chicken tortilla soup—-when my food was delivered, there were no tortilla strips for the soup, and there was literally no chicken in the soup! Just carrots and onions. There was no sauce with the chicken skewers and the brownie was drenched in cinnamon and undercooked. With tip and delivery my food order was $45 and pretty much inedible. I was so sad because I really did love this place!!
