I had trouble locating my receipt. I called the customer service line and was told that it was not in the system. They told me to go back to the store I purchased from. Well obviously I couldn’t remember as to the reason I called the general number lol. I went to the location at Sugarloaf and Martin was able to locate my receipt within 5 minutes. Martin is the best!!!

Martin is great, he gets to know what you are looking for and is patient and knowledgeable . Even though he is the store manager he takes his time to give the customer the attention and guidance deserved while still being attentive of his employees and other guest. His level of customer service keeps me coming back to his store despite it not being close to my home.

Martin at Kay’s Sugarloaf Mills Mall assisted me and it was a pleasant experience. He was very helpful. He helped me pick out two wonderful rings. I recommend this location to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and a wonderful experience!

Martin is a jerk! I came in to make a purchase and a young girl name Layla was helping me. He came over and took over the sale and dismissed her. Right in front of me!!! He introduced himself and she said she was fine and didn’t need any help. He told her to go help someone else and proceeded to help me. That girl was in tears. I left! I won’t be doing business with people who treat their employees like that. How rude and over bearing!!! Kay’s need to reconsider the way they pay employees if Managers have to step on the toes of a sales associate to get commission!
