This is an absolutely amazing place to get your dental work done. I had some anxiety about getting work done after not having a cleaning or anything in 7 years, but Dr. Casey and her staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and at home. My cleaning felt incredibly thorough but I didn't walk away in agony like I had in the past. KayCee was wonderful and helped calm my anxious nerves. Dr. Casey went out of her way to make sure I wasn't self conscious about my smile, despite the chips and discoloration. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone in the area.

I will say that the dentist and the hygienist are lovely and do a good job. The office staff has been just OK. I have not had luck with them calling back when I leave VMs and was told I had to pay 100.00 dollars for a rescheduling fee due to late cancellation. While I understand consequences, the first time I tested positive for COVID and the second was Strep. It’s possible they think I’m lying, but I’m not. They also claim I’ve had four late cancels, but that’s just inaccurate. I think they may be combining with my husband, who is his own person with his own record. I’m really disappointed in a healthcare system that doesn’t know how to balance consequences with real life getting in the way. Not mention, my respectful decision to not get them Ill. I also showed up to an appt while I was pregnant to get cavities handled. They knew how pregnant I was and the front desk said it would be ok. When I got to the appt they said oh no, we can’t see you. They said I was too pregnant. Does that count for a late cancel for them?

Absolutely amazing experience! The entire staff was incredible, from start to finish, but I want to specifically mention how patient and communicative Brittany was with my son. He is eight years old and has sensory sensitivities. Taking him to the dentist has been a nightmare in the past. Today’s appointment was an absolute joy to be at for me, and him! I think my son loves going to the dentist now!

First dentist appointment in 4 years. Setting up new patient info and insurance was easy. Everyone I spoke to was amazing, Dr. Casey was extremely nice and positive and Kaylee who performed my cleaning was very sweet and thorough with my needs. Highly recommend this great team for someone looking to find a winner in a new dentist office.

I’ve always been so nervous going to the dentist. So nervous I would be shaking all over while sitting in the chair. I am so glad I decided to go to Avery’s Creek to have dental work done. This is the best dentist I have EVER seen. I will never go anywhere else. All of the staff are great! They actually care about how you feel and if you are comfortable. Hands down, they are the best!

I have never liked going to the dentist, I hate pain. But this dentist is Very Gentle. I have been to see her several times now. Injections are a bit uncomfortable but not painful like other dentists. She has pulled a tooth, filled a cavity, and now I she is doing some bridge work. A very comfortable experience. You can sit in the chair and watch TV if you want, or I put on some of my favorite music. The dentist, assistant and receptionist are great! I never really write reviews this often, but I sing their praises. If you don't like going to the dentist....go here. Your teeth will thank you.

I've been going to candler family dentistry and didn't know what I was missing after my visit here today! It was a great environment, people! All women, which is less intimidating and they are kind and cool as well! The chairs are massage chairs and there is a little tv right in front of each of them! Natural lighting from the big windows, pretty decor, everything! I'm very lucky I switched dentists!

So, so happy with my experiences so far! Due to lack of dental visits due to high anxiety, my teeth have suffered the consequences. Dr. Casey helped me come up with a plan, and has been so kind and thoughtful. I had to have two large molars removed, and the first time they wouldn’t numb up. After another round of antibiotics and some anti-anxiety meds on board, we got the teeth out today! We were all cheering after. It was such a relieving experience. The massage chairs are lovely, and they played The Office for me during my appt today (my fav show!!). Brittany (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) is so sweet and kind. She also really helped put me at ease. The receptionist (I’m sorry I haven’t caught your name yet) is also very warm and welcoming! I can’t recommend this office enough. They have helped my dental anxiety get better and better with each visit. I’m so happy they were recommended to me!
