😠 I wish zero Stars was an option. They have horrible customer service. I called to ask when they would be out to look at my pool. I was immediately patched over to another person who was extremely rude and she informed me " They had already came out on June 2nd." I replied that no one came to my do... I wish zero Stars was an option. They have horrible customer service. I called to ask when they would be out to look at my pool. I was immediately patched over to another person who was extremely rude and she informed me " They had already came out on June 2nd." I replied that no one came to my door to knock, ring, or even call me. I was met with an angry response "It was very early at 8:15 and they took pictures." I asked her if they knew that I had no back pressure on my suction. She responded again angrily " You have several breaks on the pump and plumbing and you have a sand filter. The parts have been order already do you want to just go to another company." I asked " Why are you being so hateful towards me?" Her response was that I had already asked her the same question and they were very busy. I had not called prior to this. The work order was put in prior to me closing on the home on May 22nd. This service was already paid for by the previous owner. My pool is still not fixed and several calls have been made to them by the previous home owner, my realtor, the sellers realtor and still nobody at Iron City has returned one phone call. If I could I would just fix the pool myself. They have definitely lost ANY future business. NEVER go there they will take your money and run. Did I mention they entered my property at will without permission? because of this review that I submitted iron City has formally sent a response to the seller of the house that they will no longer be fixing my pool because of the bad review that they got on Google. If I am not a customer how do I have your response which I have posted and will be glad to screenshot my phone call😁

I would give a zero if I could. I bought a boxed above ground pool. I went here to get my water tested and was met at the door by a gentleman. He asked what I needed and told him that I woul like to get my water tested. He asked was a customer there already and I replied no. Then he said if they test my water that I had to buy a year's supply of chemicals. I asked the cost and he said between 5 and 600 dollars. I just wanted to get water tested and enough supplies to get my started. I asked him could I pay to get it tested and his answer was "only if you bit a year's supply of chemicals ". I looked at him and told him that I would just go to Spartanburg/Boiling Springs and I left. I to Boiling Springs to The Pool House store. They checked my water, set me up with some supplies and I paid $75 i wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Gaffney should open another pool store because every customer he turns away because they won't buy a year's supply of chemicals will come to your store. Iron City Pools, you need to do better. You lost a sale and I have went back and bought a pool ladder and vacuum.

Very bad customer service today. Sent my husband in with a sample to see what kind of chemicals we needed and they wouldn't help him ,all they did was run our water sample and tell us to add chemicals. We was wanting to buy the chemicals from them if they would tell us what we needed but they wouldn't tell us.

The most unprofessional company ive ever dealt with. Installed new timers wrong and wont come back to fix. My pump has been running 24/7 for weeks. Electrical costs and bad on my pump. Multiple calls and nothing.

The lady with short hair is super rude every time I talked to her! I had posted a status on Facebook about her and several others have had bad experiences with the same lady! I do not recommend this place! Went to have our water tested at a new place in Shelby today and they told us that everything in our pool is high and Iron City Pool told us it was low! Also, they have heard several bad reviews on Iron City Pool as well! Take your service elsewhere!!

I've dealt with this business for years now and don't plan on doing business anywhere else. They're always nice to me and answer my questions. The Bolton family has always been good to me. I just want to tell them thank you for always keeping my pool needs met.

Absolutely, the best customer service! Family owned, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us determine the best size & shape for our pool according to our desires and the layout of our yard. When I have questions, which is often, they are quick to answer and help with my needs. They are professional and courteous. Cost of the pool and expected cost of maintenance was disclosed upfront so there were no financial surprises. I am thankful we used Iron City Pools and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.
