It's so funny someone mentioned the owner just sitting in the corner, barking orders. It's 100% accurate. I walked out yesterday as the owner was berating what appeared to be a new staff member who didn't know how to work the register. Instead of getting up and helping the kid, who was the only employee in the store, he just sat there and was rude to him. The service has gone down hill with this new owner. Seeing that yesterday was the last straw for us. Beyond this, the delivery prices went from .75 to $3. I've had several deliveries take forever or cancel completely after waiting an hour. This was never like this before this owner took over. Edit (in response to the owner): There's no confusion on which store it is. There's only one in Mint Hill.

The owner sits in the corner near the register, making awkward/ aggressive comments to the staff AND customers. Update.. Apparently this location is under new ownership. A huge sign was posted expressing the new situation. If the previous owner had been decent the company wouldn’t have celebrated this the way they did. I’m mostly just happy for the employees. The previous owner degraded his employees in front of everyone.

Incredibly slow and poor service, I put my order in 20 minutes ahead of heading to the store at 12:30, to ensure it was ready and upon arriving and seeing a backed up line of people the sandwich was still not ready. Employees were moving incredibly slow. At 12:55 with still no update and waiting, I walked up to the register to which I told them I submitted my order almost 30 minutes ago, they proceeded to verify my name and then pull my tag to just now start my order. At this mount there were people who had walked in and gotten their food before me. It’s currently 1:09pm and I just now received my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed with this location and service.

If you looking for freaky fast service and great atmosphere check these guys out. Alway great when we come to this location!!!! Keep up the good work!!

So glad there is a Jimmy Johns in the area. So easy to just order online and then pickup within 5 mins away from my house. Guys are always cool and pleasant. Sandwich always fast. My go to for a fast fresh sub!

We frequent this location in Mint Hill weekly. While the food is always consistently good, so is the customer service. In particular, Ryan provides outstanding customer service every time we visit this store. He is friendly, accommodating and goes above & beyond. Great job Ryan and thank you!

Ryan at the Tutor location is great! He's always so nice to my little nephew. He remembers his name and is always friendly. Great staff always goes a long way with us!

I went in 30 minutes ago to pick up my order, was assured by all 5 employees everything was in the bag and left. I got home and found out my chips weren't in there with the rest of my food. Food is alright but they frequently forget items. I personally prefer the store on highway 49.

First time ordering. Started working across the street from them. The staff was super friendly. The food was decent only down fall was that they added like extra vinagre to mine which I did not Ask for and my bread was soggy. And I personally can not eat soggy bread. But the sandwich was well made besides that one issue which I know will hopefully get better Thru time. But not bad at all.

The best Jimmy Johns location in the area in my opinion! I have ordered online for in store pickup several times and it’s always ready for me when I get there! A mistake was made on a past order and the owner and his team made it right for me within 24 hours! They were all so kind and apologetic when I returned. I have never experienced such amazing customer service!

First time trying Jimmy Johns and I was very disappointed. The sandwich was practically empty, it was basically just eating a loaf of bread. The bread tasted off like it wasn’t cooked completely. Overall just not a fan especially with how expensive the sandwiches were.

It was my first time eating from here I gained a lot of knowledge from Ryan and GiGi. They sale bread for 50cents a day old and they make their own ranch dressing. The dressing is amazing to dip your chips and or sandwich in. The bread is so amazing I like it better than any sandwich restaurant I’ve been to so far! The restrooms are clean and the store is so very well kept and the music was jammin! I got a Giant 16” and cut it into 3’s I usually eat my sandwich throughout the day! Did I mention they also have their own branded chips! Amaze balls right I know anywho go eat here!
