The staff is amazing. Each person I spoke to was professional, thoughtful and helpful. Dr. Sullivan made sure I was comfortable with each part of the procedure we agreed upon. I would highly recommend Mint Hill Dentistry to anyone, especially those who are anxious about dental work.

I love this office. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. Dr. Sullivan is the best dentist in my opinion. The practice does have other great dentists but Dr. Sullivan has always been my favorite. Susie is my hygienist and she is incredible. She is very personable and funny. She does a great job cleaning my teeth. This will always be my dentist office.

I always have a wonderful experience at Mint Hill Dentistry. Monica is my dental hygienist. She is very personable and always does a great job cleaning my teeth. I had to bring my daughter with me to my appointment and Monica was great with her. She talked to her and explained what she was doing and showing her all the tools. Monica was very patient with my daughter and now she says when she grows up she wants to be a dental hygienist. I would say we had a great experience! I will continue to recommend them!

As a new patient to Mint Hill Dentistry I was extremely impressed. The staff were very kind and made you feel important. I was also very impressed with the knowledge of the hygienist and her personable attitude. Dr. David Sullivan made you feel like you were welcome instantly, even if something was not right with your exam. Again I really recommend this dentist office to anyone in the Charlotte area.

I was referred to Mint Hill Dentistry by my wife. She spoke highly of Dr. Sullivan and his entire staff. So I had a sensitive tooth and decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. I schedule a new patient visit for a look at my sensitive tooth, and to get x-rays and a cleaning. They had a cancellation, so I was able to get a very good time for my appt. I was completely thrilled to find out they use ultrasonic equipment for cleaning. It was my first experience with it, and let me tell you... wow! Night and day difference. I was starting to fall asleep during my cleaning, and I actually didn't know she was cleaning my teeth... when she said she was almost done, I was shocked. Amazing! Dr Sullivan gave me a thorough exam and showed me HD photos of my teeth and his suggestions for moving forward. It made my decisions easy. I then rescheduled for future cleanings and visits... I am very satisfied with the entire staff. I would refer all my friends and neighbors to them.

As always I was treated with respect. & kindness. My teeth always feel so good after a cleaning. Nice meeting a new dentist who comes highly recommended. Come January, I will have been a client for 30 years.

Mint Hill Dentistry is a very welcoming environment, which is noticed as soon as you enter the facility. The entire staff are professional, welcoming, and friendly. This was my first time as a patient at this office and I was encouraged to have them listen to my concerns, past experiences, and make me feel comfortable the entire time. I look forward to returning, although I usually do not like going to the dentist!

I have been a patient for years and I have NEVER had a negative experience. The service is top notch! Everyone is always professional, upbeat, the atmosphere is clean and pleasant, knowledgeable and service is always on time. In the past I have had dentist tell me there was something wrong with every tooth in my mouth (price gauging) only to come here and learn that was not true. They offer you exactly what is needed and options if you cannot afford it. Best dental care EVER!!!

The staff is awesome! Dr. Roupas and Tisha are personable. We share family stories and family life. My mom was visiting from out of town and chipped her tooth and they were able to get her scheduled while she was visiting. My mom was so thrilled to get an appointment with in 48hrs. I will not say going to my 6 month routine cleaning at the dentist is the thing I most look forward to, I will say they make the visit as pleasurable as possible. The staff are very professional and friendly. My hygienist Voda is exceptional and I appreciate her abilities. Dr Sullivan is also very friendly and experienced.

The dentist was great, as usual. However, it seems that the dental hygienist forgot about the appointment. Twenty minutes passed before we were called. There was no apology, just business as usual. I'm not sure what happened, perhaps this office overbooked.

This was my first visit to this practice and I am happy to⁶ say I'm very pleased with the visit. The staff was incredible! They me feel very comfortable right from the start. Dr. Vollmer was awesome! Such a kind, professional, and very thorough dentist. He took time to answer any questions I had and made sure I understood exactly what I needed going forward. I am quite sure my future visits will prove to be just as pleasant.

Today was the first time in my 25 years of living that I have left the dentist without a meltdown afterwards. I owe this positive experience entirely to Tisha, my hygienist for this visit, who was compassionate and put me totally at ease during my appointment. I have had a very traumatic dental history and I experience a mountain of anxiety surrounding even the mention of the dentist, so the fact that I felt safe and listened to so much so that I didn't have to have an emotional release in the parking lot means everything! Thank you Tisha for creating a good experience for me. It means more than you know! This dentistry is the only place I will go. I have driven 4+ hours just to get my cleaning here and will continue to drive however far is necessary to keep coming here as a client.

They are always on time. I scheduled my next appointment right from the chair. They filed insurance and I didn't even need to go by the checkout desk. I like that they don't try to push treatments before they are necessary.

After long overdue regular visits to Mint Hill dentistry, I was welcomed back with kind and professional care this morning, they were very very gentle with my gums ‘s today, and very informative on my future visits for improving and healing my teeth in stages ; in order to have healthy teeth again. This dentist is the best I have been to. The cleaning was excellent and they really listened to my concerns without trying to "oversell" future needs as being urgent. They gave me a quote that I feel is reasonable but let me put off the procedure so I can prepare for it at a later date. I appreciate the great service also.

Mint Hill Dentistry has been my dental practice of choice for over 6 years. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have never had a bad, or even mediocre experience there. My appointments are always on time, and the staff is friendly and cordial.
