This chocolate factory provides a wide variety of chocolates, all produced on-site. Visitors can also enjoy a delightful coffee garden. The establishment offers excellent chocolate platters at affordable prices, maintaining a high standard of quality.

We visited this wonderful place . It has an ice-creamery and coffee area just inside. Delicious ice cream is available and barista made coffee. Even hot chocolate drinks in a variety of fantastic flavors are available. The range of chocolates and sweets is incredible in the main selection area. The décor within this building is fascinating. While you are doing shopping or tasting, there is a playground area for children outside for kids activities. A real gem found only in the Margaret River Area, Really nice place to get your chocolates. Pricing is quite reasonable. Parking readily available outside. As we dropped by to buy chocolate here. There was a lot of variety and a section of items, Lots of glassed areas where we could see the factory and making of goods. Off course there is free sampling of the chocolate from dispensers. At the café we ordered a hot chocolate drink. ( To die for )We were served almost within 5 minutes. It's a good place to buy some chocolate for oneself or as gifts. After our drink we decided 15min. latter to purchase ice cream. Again served within 5 min. Staff were friendly, provided service excellence. Highly recommend this place. Cosi Director Cavbiz.

So many people but the staff are super friendly. Really enjoyed the chocolate tasting but without supervision, some people don’t use the hand sanitizer before touching the spoon and the chocolate. Perhaps a better chocolate tasting dispenser would be better. We bought a few different types of chocolate to takeaway, and can highly recommend their nutty chocolate and their gin filled chocolate.

I don’t like chocolate but everyone in my group said this place was amazing. So much chocolate it’s unbelievable. They have free samples set up and people just get scoops and scoops worth. The hot chocolate is apparently better than Starbucks (based on my chocolate connoisseur experts). They have a big workshop too where I guess they make some of the specialty designs. It wasn’t really in action when we arrived but if it’s active it looks like it would be a cool thing to watch. If you are not into chocolate or want to switch to another sugar source they do have some cakes & pastries & coffee. I would have to say this is a must stop place (my family had to go 2x) if not just for chocolate but for the experience too.

A chocolate factory with a viewing gallery of how their chocolate is made. There are complimentary chocolate chips for all to sample. We bought their ice cream and it was loaded with a large scoopful of ice cream on the cone!!! The back of the factory has a large grass patch for the kiddos to run and possibly a picnic.

A Convenient Spot for Chocolate Lovers. This well-known location offers a wide variety of chocolates to choose from. Parking is easily accessible. The hot chocolate drink is satisfactory, and the greenery at the back offers a pleasant setting for enjoying your treats. The kids have room to move around, and clean toilets are available. Free chocolate samples are a nice touch.

This place will blow your mind - a tremendous variety of all things chocolate!! Lovely chocs in the shape of quokkas and other Aus creatures, every flavour combo, testing/tasting station, ice creams, a cafe. Lots of thoughtful gift combos from the tiny $3.95 Quokka choccie to the $100 plus choccie hamper. A must visit, try not to be overwhelmed by the choice because it’s huge!

Be prepared for truckloads of visitors when you get here 🚛 it seems busy at any given time of the day. But then again, where else can you find an endless supply and variety of chocolates 🍫 and sweet 🎂 made from top quality local milk? Be prepared to spend a fair bit of 💰 too. Always seems to be someone who would like something from here.

Lots of chocolates and souvenirs for sale. Plenty of Easter stock. Only a few containers of samples available. Seems to be less and less about sampling and more about sales. I found the chocolate, truffles and souvenirs were quite expensive. Still a chocolate lovers dream destination.

We went here, and it is a great place for families and kids. For me, it was just a lot of chocolate standard types like rocky road, freckles, and chocolate blocks. I personally didn't find it all that amazing, but it was extremely popular and one of the busiest places by far that we visited. So don't take my word for it, people vote with their feet, and this is very well rated by many. For me, I much preferred the smaller chocolate experience at Gabriel's. I didn't eat any food here, but they do have a cafe, and sell basic small meals of cakes and pastry style menu that I could see, plus coffee and milkshakes. Also has ice cream as well.

Anywhere that gives you free chocolate when you first come in the door it's okay by me the Chocolate Factory has an outdoor nature scape area I wouldn't quite call it a playground there's a beautiful green grass with lots of shade and picnic tables there's toilets on site and all around a nice stop for the family the prices of the chocolate are quite expensive but I guess this offsets all the free chocolate they give out

This place is mad with tourists and it is a veritable wonka factory with the varieties of chocolates that they have. Sadly it just gives off total tourist vibes and not a quality chocolatier. Nice for kids, but as a discerning adult you would probably give the products a pass
