I needed help and advice about phone chargers... After entering the store and found what I thought I would need, I waited for some help as there was 4 salesperson standing at the cash registers talking ( 1 other person in the store) 10 min later I'm still waiting for help and 2 of the salesperson's looked straight at me. I started walking towards them and another person walked into the store and said salesperson's offered him help before he was 5 steps in. I left and went to Good Guys and was helped within 2min of entering. THANK YOU GOOD GUYS..... No more shopping at Jaycar Rockingham

Worst customer service experience i have ever encountered. After describing a product to staff i was told the product didn't exist. I continued to explain that iv purchased many of them before and currently have one at home, I just need more. I was told I was talking "BS" I continued to explain the product to which I was meet with "the product doesn't exist" and that I had to prove it to them by emailing them a link. The arrogance was incredible.

I had the BEST customer service experience here this morning. I believe the team member's name is Josh (apologies if I've got that wrong). Not only did he answer my questions about my home security system, he took the time to make sure I understood. Highly recommend the team at Jaycar Rockingham - absolute legends!

Just had delivery of item purchased. They were out of stock due to Hugh demand with Black Friday sale. I was offered an upgrade at same price. Timely and friendly service Qld office unbelievably helpfully. Couldn't be happier. Thanks to all involved. Gérard

Just discovered this the other day, so good to have a comprehensive electronics store close to home. I can remember when the only Jaycar was in Perth City. Now I can just pop down the road when I need something. Staff were great and very helpful.

I bought a 3d printer. I am 73 and wanted the challenge. My expertise was limited. After trying to follow YouTube for a week with no success, I took the printer back to the store. Josh and his staff were amazing. They helped me with knowledge and fixed the dumb errors I had made in the setting up. Can not fault Josh and the staff there on the Tuesday and Wednesday. THANK YOU. With your help I am 3D printing things and they look like they are supposed to look like. WELL DONE ALL
