So nice to speak to a person who did not tell me my problem was caused by old age. He infact showed me an easy method to relieve my pain and it was instant. I am going back in a month for further training so I will have multiple ways to help myself. I am really happy with the caring help for me to stay healthy.

After 2 different Dr visits and no result, I went to Esmond at Grange Physio for painful hips. I should of gone there first! After the first session pain had reduced by 50% and am now on monthly visits instead of weekly. I highly recommend Esmond and the team and they will always be my FIRST port of call next time!
