My first visit to Benefits Cosmetics at Myer Perth for my eyebrows and lash tints. Alix was my beauty therapist and was very impressed with the end results. I thought my eyebrows were sparse and thinning. With Alix magic fingers, my eyebrows were fuller and beautiful shaped. Also I got my eyelashes tinted, seating up in a chair, which surprisingly, was a very comfortable experience. Thank you and I will back again and again. 🙏 Patricia

I've been in an out of getting my brows done for years and I've been going to Benefit since November. Alix is great and funny and she has been doing my brows and my face wax since. A bit bittersweet I'm going to Melbourne and I will miss Alix's magic. She made me feel put together and now I have great brows. Also I will have trust issues with other people touching my face without her

Was so fortunate to have Ciara fit me in with no prior appointment today in Meyer Perth City! I’m not a regular brow girl as my nieces treat me when I’m back home in 🇮🇪but Ciara is a lovely young lady, professional & basically knows what’s she’s at! Love my brows, & love my lash tint too!

I have gone to benefit for my brow over 2 years, never had an issue. But today was the worst ever, I understand the girl was new, but her work doesn’t meet the quality at all. My appointment was 11:00-11:20, I got there 10 mins earlier, she was not there went upstairs picked up my order, she started just before 11, when it reached 11:30, she still hasn’t finished. Usually the girls were so good, 10-15 mins done and dusted. Not just that, I checked my eyebrows in the afternoon, my eyelid was all swollen and red, a piece of my skin actually came off, there was a tiny cut on my skin too. I didn’t know what she has done, the hair should be waxed was still there. Worst experience ever, I’ll def search for the other girl to do the work. Worst of all, she has lower the reputation of benefit.

Alix is a brow artist. Very professional and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and was very gentle and generous with her time. Highly recommend 👌
