I Can't say thank you enough. The best experience, I have ever had with a Dentist & his friendly team. Takes his time & explains everything in detail. His work & kindness, definitely match the name of the Business Dr Alex has a good understanding of the Military, which is great. As I needed assistance with paperwork. Avoid this place unless you want to be spoken to like a child go here otherwise stay away. They were annoyed because I chose no X-ray having had one at the last dentist and acutely aware of how my teeth were I requested a simple scale and clean. They knew this at time of booking that I was denying an X-ray. He then goes on a verbal attack like we are a child and comparing it to cleaning rifles and so on extremely annoying. He then scrubs your gums with a dry toothbrush which would make any gums bleed regardless of their condition which in my case are fine and I haven't suffered gums bleeding for years. He then wanted to refer me to a gum specialist which I refused as I am aware of my health having them cleaned by dentists every six months or so and no other dentist having had an issue with my gums which makes you wonder if he's receiving kick backs with these unnecessary referrals. He then wants you to return 2 weeks after the clean for a check up...another rort. Extremely rude and it was evident on completion when he didn't get his way not even looking at me or saying goodbye. I won't be returning here and these are the facts so any rebuttal on their behalf I'd ignore as an attempt to suck more unsuspecting patients for unnecessary expenditure. As a former veteran am extremely annoyed.

Got all my 4 wisdom tooth out by Dr. Alex. The procedure took an hour which was painless, and recovery time is around 7 days. Following their instructions after the extraction is key to a solid recovery. Highly recommend their $999 package. Excellent service. Will definitely come back for my future dental checkups. What a gem.

The team and Above and Beyond dental were great from first contact. Sam was very thoughtful in providing the best places to try for parking. The reminder noticed I also found to be very great with a busy schedule so it was always front of mind keading up to the appointment. Alex was a fantastic dentist! He took the time to explain in detail some concerns which I have taken away and will work to improve my dental health. He was kind and a great conversationalist, but not in an awkward manner where he asked me questions while working and I couldn’t respond 😂 10/10 - highly recommend

Dr Naz is a fantastic dentist and manages to make scary procedures quick and painless. She is friendly, easygoing, and supportive and her team are great too. Highly recommended if you need a reliable, high quality dentist in Perth.

Dr Alex is very knowledgeable and informative. I listened to instructions on how to keep my gums healthy and he was very impressed with the improvements just a few weeks later. He is very gentle when it comes to injections & filling procedures - I now trust him with my future dental work :)

The Above and Beyond clinic has been the best dentist I’ve been to. Had my first check up and clean in 8 years, since I was very nervous Dr. Alex and his assistant looked after me so well. The following week, he took my wisdom teeth out and I was even more impressed. So happy with how I was looked after and they had gone through everything with me so clearly. They surely did go Above and Beyond for me!

Dr Alex taught me how to take care of my gums and helped me feel prepared for my wisdom teeth surgery. No dentist gave me this information about how to care for my gums before. He answered every question I had about my surgery coming up. He is a great dentist and also a great teacher!
