Emily really took the time to understand what I was wanting and delivered exactly what I had in mind. She was a great mix of chatty and interested without being over the top or filling every silence. The tea and snack were nice additions to an already lovely experience. I'd say it's my fav haircut in 30 years. I went the chop (shoulder length) from hair that was fairly long (middle of back). No regrets.

Today I had an amazing experience at Her On Oxford. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My hairstylist, Em, truly understood what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut. Faye was so lovely to work with - she really made an effort to get to know my lifestyle so she could apply the best advice on what I could do with my cut, and I loved the volume and shape of the end result! The whole experience was relaxing, and she made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the whole process. This was my first time coming to HER on Oxford and I will definitely be back!
