RediMed Joondalup

Physiotherapist Occupational health service Occupational therapist Physical examination center Hand surgeon

🫤 Had a 4.30 appointment for surgical procedure. Finally seen to at 6.10 pm. No communication, just left in room waiting.... Dr Demesh was very good when he came eventually. The lack of any communication on what, and when I would be seen was very poor Expensive treatment and felt very disappointed 😞.

ZERO STARS I think Redimed modelled itself on the TV show Faulty Towers in the way it treats patients. I don't appreciate being lied to and having my time and money wasted. Iv'e told my GP about my experiences here and will never return and I suggest anyone who's GP tries giving them a referral here to tell them to find somewhere else. Do NOT reply.

I had initially been scheduled for an appointment, but unfortunately, couldn't meet with the specialist for a month. Upon my visit, Fiona, one of the administrative staff members, recognized the gravity of my situation and promptly arranged an appointment for me the following morning. Without her compassionate and understanding approach, I may have gone into another stage. She played a crucial role in saving my life, and I express my sincere gratitude to her alone. The rest, including the doctors, though highly skilled lacked empathy. TR is not my real name.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Disagree with the doctors assessment of not letting me back to full duties. The assessment was a joke. Highly recommend anyone that needs a doctor do not use redimed. (Don’t know how I am suspossed to get these extra tests she wants done either, not even a referral from her)

I waited 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for somebody to see me. However, once I did get seen to, Dr. Chu and the nurse who helped me were both very lovely people (I wish I'd remembered the nurse's name, sorry!).

Is there a relationship between Redimed and Ramsay Medical Group (operates Joondalup Health Campus). Why are public patients with fractures being referred to this "service" for treatment at $240.00 a pop, rather than treated by the hospitals own orthopaedic staff?

Reception staff were kind and helpful however Dr Thomas Lee is declining DVA clients at the moment which is disappointing. No other explanation was given so if you’re DVA then look elsewhere.

I’m one that doesn’t leave reviews on a public forums ,however I met with Alex the OT on 5 appointments and her professionalism in recognising my issue and progressing through each stage of therapy in my rehabilitation was OUTSTANDING Thanks Alex

Got a broken hand, my day job is a labourer, I need to hands to work. The dr wrote me a note saying I can't use my right hand but could work certain jobs So now I get no cover from cemtrelink to keep me afloat, and no money from my insurance, so thankyou redi med for making as a wonderful time, I guess saying unfit for work with a broken hand was not acceptable from YOUR CLINIC.. how can a dr properly treat someone when he has 6 patients in separate drs cubicles on the go at the same time . Highly unsatisfactory and 100% warranted a non payment

I just waited 11 minutes on hold and got through and I was told by customer service lady that she could not hear me and she hung up. Did not even give me a chance to take out my ear piece and go to speaker.
