The
Stevie
Wonder
Story
was
advertised
as
a
"full
9-piece
band",
so
we
were
a
little
mystified
that
the
band
was
made
up
of
only
8
musicians...
Although
the
band
tried
hard,
something
was
lacking
with
the
sound,
and
the
"light
show"
(8
or
so
flashing
orange
lights
behind
the
band)
was
more
reminiscent
of
your
local
pub's
talent
night,
than
an
$82-average-ticket-price
concert
performance.
In
fact,
we
felt
that
the
SWS
would
have
been
a
better
event
at
a
small
intimate
club.
Appeared
to
be
a
shortage
of
staff
on
the
night,
with
only
one
person
initially
handling
the
long
line
of
punters
attempting
to
enter.
Everything
else
was
great,
easy
parking,
easy
access,
tasty
inexpensive
light
meal
before
the
show,
comfortable
seating.
